Hi bro So from my experience, lack of humidity can cause slow growth and too much can cause mold and powdery mildew. 60% to 70% is ideal for veg and 40% to 50% is ideal for flowering. As you get closer to harvest you want to drop the humidity to 40% sometimes 35% even. Hope this helps
