Very tough week for the three girls. The skinniest plant with the least bud was hit with some bud rot.
It was so cold and so wet all last week that the plants were soaking wet.
I brought them in this week every time there was rain. By the end of the week the sun was out and the humidity down.
To prevent any more bud rot I did a moderate defoliation on all three plants. I may have gone a bit overboard out of panic I would lose the crop......
Needless to say we’re heading into the home stretch. No signs of nutrient deficiencies so I’m confident I can just water now until harvest.
Wish me luck :)
First time grow here. Question about when to add more nutrients.
I amended the soil with organic amendments and plan on top dressing the soil. Any tips on when I should add some more nutrients would be appreciated.
привет, бро! 👋 Отличная девочка, она в стадии предцвета, пора увеличить в питании дозу фосфора и сделать подходящий ph для усвоения фосфора 6.2 ph.
Удачи, брат! 👌😇👍
Well I think I found a red spider mite. It was bright red and super fast. I managed to kill it but now I’m worried the plants may get infested. What can I do NOW to stop this in its tracks?
Buy some right now treatments like neem etc. But order a bottle of old stage green cleaner asap. It is the ultimate mite killer, it also does an impressive job on powdery mildew. When added with neem oil you can be mite free up to about 2.months
This could be a major problem here's a link below that will certainly help with your spider mite issue.

Keep an eye on them. I had a few a couple days ago, now I'm just watching and waiting. If I find more I'll do the neem oil deal...if you see anymore read up on neem oil. I am.
It would seem that I top dressed with a bit too much bat guano and 2-8-4 at the start of flower.
As I’m using dry amendments I’m not sure I can flush the plant.
Any suggestions? The one leaf in the photo was the absolute worst, most other leaves just have some crispy tips.
Sure you can flush its just not as effective as slightly more is released with every water contact.
But more is removed than released, thats why one doesnt water to any real run off in organic growing.
That said cant say how things will turn out.
Good luck
The plants are on their 4th week of flower.
noticed today that quite a few fan leaves are dying on the lower parts of the plants.
Are the nutrients too low? Buds are growing fatter and trichome are developing but I’m worried there’s not enough nutrients to get it through flowe
Hello
So personally I think your plants in this weeks photos look amazing. Very healthy green. But if you're getting those bottom yellow leaves you may need to give a small increase in nitrogen. However be mindful of the fact that most plants do start to have some yellowing leaves the further it goes into flowering. So if you are losing a few leaves that is ok...but too many too quickly is bad and you would need to rethink your level of nutrients.
Sometimes the lower ph can cause yellowing too...below 6.2 especially.
Happy flowering. ✌️
Older leaves will often die and leaves in the shade too much as well. To be safe, check closely for pests, especially on the underside of the leaves. Also give your pot a couple hard smacks and see if anything is crawling around in your soil.
If not, just make sure you're not overwatering and you pH is good.
Update..... I found more bud rot on the largest cola growing.... right in the middle. I clipped it out but in the process I chopped half the cola off by accident.... not a good day
