ZkittleZOG Auto Greenhouse Barney's Farm

Admittedly I could have probably let her run for another week (or more, but I had limited knowledge as to what I was doing), although i do know the trichomes were all milky not amber so I was evidently early, but needs must!) and due to the abuse she was subjected to from radical changes in climate and conditions... from hot and dry to wet and high humidity (there were small signs of bud rot on day 76) combined with my inexperience... it seemed sensible to not encourage any further damage.. she had filled out enough and due to it being my first grow, I did not want to risk any further loss... the three girls for this round all got hit with similar conditions and she certainly managed to deal with them the best.. out of the three (ZkittleZ OG & a Glue Gelato from Barney's Farm and a Grizzly Purple Kush from Blimburn - all autos) the ZkittleZ got taller, wider and weightier than the others... but also showed higher resistance to pests and bud rot... as mentioned above I recognise that I could have let her run, but my conditions are not optimal and although I learnt a great deal during this first attempt.. it will take me a while to fine tune how I grow.. I am running a mix of greenhouse and outdoor... which has a lot of benefits, but also some unforeseen issues.. growing seems to be perpetual beta... a constant learning process.. one which I have enjoyed immensely... but I do wish I had sorted out more fans (mid way through) and a dehumidifier (day 67) from the very start. I don't do wet weighing, but will update this once I have dried her out... however she had by far the biggest yield of the three I ran this time. I would add that the only obvious difference to the grow for her was that I used a soil with a higher peat ratio... which I think is a more favourable soil for cannabis plants compared to those with a low ratio, or none at all. I would like to find and try new soil mediums to see whether this is correct. I did not use any special, or rather specific cannabis designed nutrients... just seaweed, tomato food and Vitax Q4 when transitioning into bloom. I did pH the water throughout the grow, starting with daily watering before spreading it out to every couple of days with heavier amounts each time. No training techniques were attempted, a tiny bit of defoliation when necessary.. was more interested to see how she would grow without any influence from me... I used 30litre (8 gallon) fabric pots. Update - dry weight ended up at 107g. Lost a small amount to bud rot but am genuinely happy with overall yield. Still curing, will update again once I have smoked her...
