For starting grower i would go on 18-20 day of flower. Don't water girl till work is finished, less breakings. Don't feed her, just plain water, less stress Leave at least one nod of fully formed leaves counting from top. If you have one formed and 4 more forming, still leave that fully formed leave set. Normally you trim all leaves from about 3-4 nod. Check my 8 sisters diary. Week 3 and 6 of flower. 2 heavy waves with explanations.
