Pre - 99 Big Bud

ShowMe921 Hello and welcome to my grow diary. Comments, advice, questions are welcome, snarky or hateful comments are not needed!! This is my second garden and everything I'm doing is from what I have read or watched on YouTube videos. I start my germinating in rockwool, after the tap root makes it through the bottom about an eighth of an inch, (2 to 3 days) then trim the rockwool to the size of a quarter to a nickel depending on how the roots are spreading out sideways, then put it in my growing medium which I use Vermifire. ShowMe921 Cut big fan leaves

ShowMe921 Cleared out fan leaves that was blocking the light from getting to the lower developing buds. Did some light topping to try to get the canopy level as well as creating more buds. No need for any training in my opinion.

ShowMe921 First week of flower down, 8 to 10 more to go. Starting to form some nice flowers, and aroma. Think I'll leave it under the bloom setting for another week then turn it back to full spectrum.

ShowMe921 Starting third week of flower, was thinking about switching lights back to full spectrum but they seem to like the light and are putting on flowers and getting a stronger smell. Didn't do anything new this week, just let them grow like weed 😃

ShowMe921 Not much work for this girl. Stems are open and not overcrowding. They make look spindly but they are growing buds from the top down and strong.

ShowMe921 Switched back to FloraBlend to get N along with the P,K. Now not much to do but water, feed and watch them grow.

ShowMe921 Started out the week by hopefully getting rid of fungus gnat's. At least that's what it looks like from researching. I cut some fan leaves that was hiding buds underneath them and a few of them that were dying. I turned my lights back to full spectrum 12/12, they seemed to like it so I'm going to try 16/8. By my calculations they should be ready to harvest and about 30 days max.

ShowMe921 Big bud is starting to live up to its name. Tops of the buds got so heavy it bent one of the limbs over while moving it. So be on the safe side we decided to just net them all. They are full of clear trichomes.

ShowMe921 Nothing to do but wait and watch them grow until they decide it's time to harvest. Which should be in a week or two. 😎

ShowMe921 She's living up to her name. I'm keeping my fingers crossed that I can let her go for at least one more week I really need two. I don't know if I'll be able to flush this one because I'm going to keep feeding up to the very last minute before they have to start working on my house. On the upside I can hang them out in her room in my garage for drying and curing, getting too cold to try to keep growing out there. The beds are getting bigger and heavier every day, just not as many trichomes as I was expecting. But the ones that are there are bright and shiny with just a hint of cloudiness.

ShowMe921 She keeps living up to her name. I know it doesn't look like it in the pictures, but she's pretty big on top with buds going clear down to the main stem. I think I'll be happy 😎
