Lemon Buddy First Grow

Buddy was just acquired at the young age of two weeks from a friend who got a bunch of seeds from Cookies SF and started making seedlings, and he was gifted to me for a nice 25 dollars with premix soil and nutrients that should help him grow for his whole life. Currently the plan for his life is that for the next two weeks from sunset to sunrise he will be under flouresent light inside his dome and then during daylight he will be outside soaking God's light to start his vegging, then he will be transplanted outside and planted in the ground and on his own until he give me buds. Currently I feed him a cup of water every 1-2 days, and pray for some dankness. I am open to suggestions and would be delighted if anyone could help me out, first time grower man. Thinking about cloning near week 6, not sure though.
