WillnJada Topped them both. Both plants are drinking a lot of water now and I will be flipping them to flower soon as almost out of space.

I would also make sure you have good air flow too, that will prevent bugs from wanting to come back, they thrive on moist areas with no/little air flow

Definitely from the video looking like eggs or really small aphids. I used to have a really bad issue with aphids on my tomato plants when growing inside and I picked up some pesticide spray from Doctor Doom, never seen any since. I noticed a few in the first few weeks of my grow when I had my vegetables also in the tent before I move them outside one application never had any ever come back. And the stuff apparently is safe to use two weeks prior to harvest.

Just keep a close eye on it. My first guess is mold. If it's only a couple leaves, just get them out of there. Mold, eggs, salt... just get them away from the rest of the plant. If it's all over, just keep a close eye on it so you can diagnose. Incidentally, a mold treatment will probably kill eggs too...

I noticed in your question you said you were using nutes during week two and had issues. No nutes are necessary until the 3rd week. When the little round leaves (cotyledons) start turning yellow and dying, that is the signal to begin nutrients. Best of luck bud.
