I would just flush with water and drop the lights to 40-45 cm keep tempature low to 24c and place fan on low that may help you out until they recover.

Thank u both means alot. Super exited to see these guys flower and grow more. Plus at the i won a trim bag so ill be posting how that does. I just added week 9 first week of flower.
