this looks more like a ph balance issue to me personally. Your buffering your water.. And the water is being intaked by the plant leaving salts and the buffer you add in the soil.. It throws off your ph. As a lot of peat moss based commercial available soils are Acidic.,

In my opinion, Seem to be a sight of over feeding, give her only ph water for the next feedings
