Auto Sweet Soma -- My first grow!

Planted these girls on 12/29 in jiffy pellets. 1 sprouted on day 7, the other is just starting to sprout now. My growspace is very short (36 inches) so height is definitely going to be the limiting factor. I'm trying to figure out what the optimal number of plants/pot size will be for my grow space for future grows so I'm testing a 1 gallon fabric pot and a 5 gallon fabric pot that I'm only putting ~2.5 gal of coco mix in. Plant #1 (named Miss Greenbaum) will be in the bigger pot. Plant #2 (named Chelsea) will be in a 1 gal pot but is still just sitting in the jiffy pellet for now.
