Beerus By the end of week 3 there's a huge height difference. Dont know if doing something wrong or just genetics. Im also seeing a lot of vegetation in the red poison nodes, contrary to the other one.
Hello everybody, this is my first indoor grow, currently starting week 4. Im noticiing huge diferences between the plants, looking for some advice. Im also having heat (30+ celcius). Thanks in advance, love from Argentina
Hi M8! Nice grow :) :) I'm new too, but some things are just science and normal nature way :) You are growing different strains, thats normal that one grows bigger and faster than other... Be carefull with temp above 30 degrees, make sure they have enough air flow and fresh but not cold freezing water :) Then, just let them grow, show some love and thats it ;)
Beerus Hello everybody, thanks again for the previous feedback. Its day 27, i managed to decrese the temp a bit, no longer touching the 30's . Im starting to see more vegetation in the Daiquii Lime's nodes . Also the height difference keeps growing. I guess everything is going fine. Thanks everybody, i would really appreciate if you have any kind of comment or advise!
Thanks again! Love from Argentina

Beerus Hello everybody, currently on week 6, 5 more to go. Preflowers starting to show up , i changed the light from 65w cold (6000k) to 105w warm (2700k) , the led panel still the same. The side branches are starting to catch up with the main one. Im a little afraid i might have to bend the to. Its getting pretty close to the panel, currently 10cm away. Thanks again , tips and comments are more than welcome.

Beerus Currently on day 49 . Flowers starting to show up! I switched to Top Crop Nutrients. Im starting to run out of space, i hope she stops growing up, otherwise im gonna have to do something (bending, supercropping) and i dont want to stress it.
What do you guys think?
Thanks again.
Edit 31/3: Added more pics of the space problem. Dont know what i should do
Day 49 of 77, the top of the plant is touching the LED panel. Yellow tips on the top leaves.(pics above) It hasn't stop growing. Right now im bending it with thread, i researched about suppercroping. I would love some help on the matter. What should i do?
Just like you I had to learn to suppercrop this grow. It's really not that hard and along with LST it helped
1. You need to do it on a still pliable stem; I've done it over most of the flowering stretch.
2. Put the stem between your thumb and forefinger and apply pressure until you feel / hear a snap / crunch.
3. The stem will have a bend of aprox 90°
4. In a few days the you will notice that the branch will try to out itself in an upright position again, so I recommend that you some tying down.
5. Done.
Tip: If you do some defoliation in a branch it it will stop growing while it regrow it's foliage (just don't leave it bare)
Beerus Hello everybody, I think she responded well to the bending of the top, but i believe what she has might be nute burn so i ll cut on the nutrients this week and see what happens. Im starting to notice a slower groth, i hope i wont have to bend it no more . Also the bottom leaves droped , some naturally some with little help. Thanks again to all the people reading and supporting. Advice is always welcome!

Beerus Hello, its been a hell of a week. Lots of trouble on the top, a mix between nut burn and heat burn really hurt her. After consulting with a local growshop, they told me to bend it one more time, it was still to close to the led.
As always, looking forward to your comments.

Beerus Bussy week, forgot to take pics, i did another wash, the top seems to be recovering well, white pistils showing out but the very dark green color of the leaves doesnt appear to be leaving any time soon.
I will be uploading pics of today (9/5) later today.
Thanks everybody for the feedback, what a nice community, im gonna try to learn and help others in the future!
I managed to low the temp to 27.5 celcius by switching the location. It was close to a window with direct sun. Also the general temp is decresing, summer is ending here, i hope that these problems are behind.
@LoveMyGrow, i think this one its taller than recommended, i think im late. But i did follow your advise and used it on the other grow (red poison) ! I read only good thinks about it. Thanks for the tip! Check how i did it on the other diaries, looking forward to your comments.
Put some vents/fans and intake fresh air, outtake stale warm air and you'll be good to go. Also the air movement will harden your stalk and branches and your plant overall ;)
@bobo420, Thanks for the tip. I try to recicle the air at least twice a day, i also move the box away from the window. I managed to get the temp below the 30's, around 27 degrees. Thanks again!
@bobo420, thanks again! im not so optimistic about the other one (red poison) , i started another diary cause i realize theres a 3 week diference on when to harvest. Can you check the other one? I would really appreciate it.
That's a lot of heat and your #1 issue between you and good yields.
If you can get the max down below 26, that's great. If you can't, there are some ways to mitigate the damage.
The heat (especially with a bunch of light) will make your buds airy and foxtailed and ruin your yield. It's okay, you still get a yield, but if you want it to last you it might be an issue.
Light stress and heat stress are the same stress, so if its hot raise your lights. The amount it *might* yield less due to the less light, way outweighed by the benefit.
Lots of airflow. Cool but not freezing for your watering. Those will help. It's too late for this grow, but if this is your space and you can't get it cooler I would highly suggest you switch to coir. It's much more gentle on the roots in the heat/cold.
I use potassium silicate to strengthen the roots against this type of shock, as well. More of a coir thing, as silica is present in soil, but can still help.
First grows are scary but exciting! Liked and followed!
Probably have at least 2 weeks left. A magnifier to determine harvest time is pretty important, especially if you don't have any frame of reference. Big difference in yield and potency in the last few weeks.
Let us know if you have any more questions =)
