This really smells like bakes goods. It has a creamy vanilla and kettle corn smell. It still has some time to cure but the initial report is a smooth relaxin smoke. It's easy on the lungs and very balanced with a slight edge to the head high. I had some nutrient issues earlier on that stuck with me late in the game. I also could have let this go a bit longer but other plants had other plans. This is a unique strain and am looking forward to sharing with friends and family to see what they think. I will say it does make for a perfect breakfast smoke. Goes well with a nice cup of coffee.
This was a very fun plant to grow. It was the tallest plant I've grown indoor to date. It also had the largest wet yield at just over a pound. One of the issues I'm having is maintaining density with my buds after they are cut. This particular dry was marred by temps in the low 80's and I couldn't get them any lower unfortunately. Also as this one has gone longer than anticipated I also pulled her earlier than I'd like in order to keep the rest of my grows on schedule. I have been working a FastBuds grow right now including 5 or so strains. Every one has been a great grower. So far I've harvested the Cali Snow and now the Wedding Cheese. The Zkittles are less than a week away. I'll update this report as it has more chance to cure.
Hello everyone,
I'm just looking for some general opinions on recommended harvest times. I'm curious to see how my intuition is stacking up with reality ;)
Thank you to everyone that stops through.
I generally lean towards a bit early then a bit late.. If your trichromes are milky/cloudy then you can harvest.. If you wanna go amber you can but Amber makes for a harsher feeling and smoke.. Ever wonder why some weed knocks you on your ass? This has a lot to do with how much Amber there is... If you selling to a younger crowd or people not in the know go for like 20-30% amber. If your smoking yourself and don't want weed that knocks you on your ass go for very little to no Amber... Smoothing smoke no coughing :).
@Silverback_Guerilla, I'm hoping so. I've been loving learning with auto's and FastBuds have been very good to me. After this run I'm going to try my hand at some fem's and new growing techniques more suitable to fem's vs auto.
@Treighfunky, I do not know why, its all luck man! Individually we make a part, combined we make a whole, I believe this united community makes a difference with all of our growing!
@VanCplGrows, thank you so much my fam in grow π
That smell profile is finally coming through and wow......., itβs worth the wait. Itβs like a light baked sweetbread.
@MrJones, Thank you so much my friend. Truly you have been instrumental in my success as a grower. I really appreciate your support week after week. π
did you have 130 grams dry each plant mate or is that both of them? I had a gorilla glue last year weighed around 130 each wondering if i can expect the same with these babies
Those are some great looking Nugs!!!
