It’s Slurricane Season - WildeWeed

Well here we go ladies and gentleman! A grow I’m EXCITED TO DO at the highest level of excitement. This one we’ve already gotten a good look at courtesy of BudXs. He was nice enough to hook us up with this seed. He was so dedicated to seeing us grow this he even send a SECOND seed after the friendly folks at customs smashed the first one to dust. *disclaimer* This was legally sent to us as a souvenir. Now that the history is out of the way this is the Slurricane from the geniuses at InHouseGenetics. We’ve seen this grown by BudXs and GreenMachine so I’ve been itching to get one of these in the ground for quite awhile. This grow would be hydro if it was up to me, HOWEVER the photographer (boss lady) says I get to carried away when I do hydro. So, soil bound I go. . . (She must not have noticed the sexbud) The ideal situation is that I’ll pull clones, get brave, and do some breeding to secure seeds for future grows. The frost that comes from InHouse is ridiculous, and I sure hope we’re as lucky as BudXs was with this. We’re going to go with GreenBuzzLiquids once again, it’s proving it’s self to really be a good line up. Several grows are finished and ongoing with these nutes and they haven’t let me down yet. I’d look for this diary to be a lot more in-depth than a lot of them we’ve done. I’m just really excited about this grow and all the things that come from it. BudXs, I hope we do you proud on this. There’s not a whole lot going on this far. She’s picking up speed and size pretty quick. This is going to be one of those grows that can’t start flowering fast enough. So excited to see the buds start! But, without a good foundation you can’t build a good In-House. She’s got a ways to go before calling the flowering tent home. I’m not exactly sure how I want to grow this one yet. She needs to produce clones. So, we have options. I figure I’ll let her grow a few more weeks and see if something calls out to me. Well she’s speeding right along now. We started giving her a little of the organic grow liquid this week. She looks really healthy and happy. Another week or two and I’ll probably start pulling some clones. As soon as I get enough clones to be comfortable we will go ahead and 12/12 her to see what we got. BudXs said he would be able to tell what pheno we have early on in flowering so we’re gonna put him to the test. I bet he will be right. He got a good look at this girl with his run. No matter the pheno if they come out like his, I will be really happy about it. Other than that, there’s not much to report. Another week down on this BudXs Slurricane. She’s picking up speed on growth now. I imagine I’ll be able to pull some clones off of her this week. Flipped the switch. 12/12 has begun. Week one down. Not a ton of stretch going on, pretty happy about that. She’s showing that purple on the stems like BudXs was talking about. I’d say by next week , If not this week he should know what we’re looking at. But we will see. Thanks for Checking in!

Stretch is in full swing. Not too bad on the height portion, but the side branching is flying out of there now. I’ll probably do some light training to the side branching to hope to build a little better bud action on the lowers. I’m still not exactly too sure of how this ones going to behave yet. She’s kept her identity disclosed thus far the BudXs. Perhaps this will be the week to change that. That’s about all we have for you this week. Let’s hope X gets the look he needs this week. Sorry folks. Things have gotten ridiculous the last week or so with harvest and life. I’ve given the boss lady a week off from most of the diaries pics. Don’t worry, they will be back next week. Just had to get some things sorted. Thanks for looking.

Alright. Well, the chaos that is life has settled so back at it. Here’s the slurricane! I’ll state the obvious now, yes. She’s sugar free. Not sure what’s up with that. I’ve talked to BudXs and wickedstix and we’re all stumped. So, it is what it is. Maybe she will pile it on, maybe not. Regardless: These buds are SOLID. BudXs was not exaggerating when he was talking about how hard of rocks these form. Hands down the most dense buds that we’ve EVER grown. She smells sweet, maybe a little fruit scent. But smells wonderful. All in all, despite her lack of “typical” slurricane frost, this is a really solid genetic no doubt. I guarantee she’s still gonna be potent, tasty, and really enjoyable. Couldn’t be happier. Boss lady will surely love this smoke when it’s done. To the point I’ll prolly be lucky to get to try it. 🤣 Thanks for looking. See ya next week!

Well look what we found, a little frost! So maybe she’s fixing to turn it on a little bit. Regardless, good grief is this plant pretty. The buds are still just getting bigger and harder. It’s going to ruin me on bud density and change some growing habits I feel. I got a sample of wickedstix frosty beast of a sugarcane, and it was the same way. SOLID. I skipped a way, I’m not sure where we missed one and don’t feel like sorting it honestly. So, I think we’re right and current again. Until next week, stay medicated! See ya next week!

One of the most clonable plants I’ve ever encountered. I have clones of clones of clones of this. Honestly think so much of it I’ve pulled a mother plant, and have crossed this with fem pollen from Elsa. That’s about the end of the show on this one.
