Do you add nutrients what do you add? Do you PH your water?

Can anyone give me some advice on this problem with the leaves? I seem to get it on most grows but it doesn’t actually affect the overall outcome, but something isn’t right. Thanks for any advice in advance.

I add 1ml/L of any brand name CalMag supplement every water until flush. You can get it with N in or no N up to you✌️🏻️
