HurlinghCultiveta Just a little less than 48 hours of germination. Method: paper towels in a tupper. I use 3 fabric pots of 12.5L. One 24L fabric pot and a 10L Roots House. Substrate Dynamics TS3 and Humus Sapiens. Since I don't have a pH meter, I let the tap water sit for 48 hours.

HurlinghCultiveta They all opened well except for one that is about to do so. I hope so! Next week I will be watering with short-flora Feeding. I've been having problems with some neighbor cats. They knock over the substrate and want to poop in the pots 😳

HurlinghCultiveta I started fertilizing! I'm going to experiment with one of the 3 pots of 12.5L using the Green House quick flowering powder (mineral) and the rest of the pots with an organic product from Azteka. Budha Juice and Devil Juice for the vegetative stage. From what I see, they are growing healthy for now. Let's hope it stays that way! 😌

I think the growth isn't right. I've seen other growers' plants, and in the same time I've had mine, their plants are much bigger! I have to say I didn't use any nutrients until 2 days ago. Will I be able to get them to grow normally, or will they stay small? 🙌

They are too small for Week 3. But as I was checking the photos in your diary it seems like they don't have adequate light so they're not growing properly. You just now feeding them is a good thing the soil has a enough food for the first few weeks so this part was spot on. Hopefully I answered your question and remember Happy Growing and Free your mind one puff at a time.

HurlinghCultiveta Well, I think I messed up by growing this autoflowering strain at this time of year here in Argentina. I should have waited until October. I'm in week 4 and they're not growing as they should. I was advised to put a 105w lamp on them, and I did that to see if they can vegetate faster. During the day they're under the sun, and when it gets dark, I put them under the lamp in a closet. Otherwise, they'll end up stunted 😞 I'm still using the same fertilizers and applying pest prevention. If you have any advice, I'd be very grateful! Cheers and happy growing to everyone! 09/24 Update: I realized I was counting the weeks wrong 😒 Right now I would be in week 3 of vegetation, so I'll let this week pass before adding week 4. The plants have started to grow better with the nutrients. Today I applied LST to some of them. I bought some test strips to measure the water's pH, and it was very high (around 8). I also bought a pH reducer. After measuring, it was between 5 and 6 since the strips aren't exact. I need to get a digital one for more precision. The next 2 or 3 days it's going to rain and there will be wind. I left them inside an improvised greenhouse. Let's hope the warm weather we were having returns soon. Cheers to everyone and happy growing. 09/28 update: Hello growers! I finally bought a digital pH meter 😀 I'm sharing some more photos of how they're growing. I applied the LST technique to two more plants and left one without any training technique. I'm doing that to have my own growing experience. Today, after several days of rain and bad weather, the sun finally came out, and the weather is nice. Temperatures around 25 degrees. Next week, the temperature will drop quite a bit; let's hope it comes with good sunshine. Today is watering day with just water for 4 of them. The other one I watered with 1g of short flowering Feeding powder. I'll also apply potassium soap with neem oil as a preventive. Cheers!

HurlinghCultiveta Hello, growers! This week the weather didn't help much either 😞 Even though it didn't rain, rain is expected in the coming days and the temperatures are still not right. I only had 2 or 3 days of full sun. Anyway, I'm continuing with the vegetative nutrients and the pest preventive once a week with potassium soap, neem oil, and cinnamon in a liquid solution. Despite the preventive, I'm still finding some bugs that I show in a video. The LST technique seems to be going well. I hope I don't stress her too much and that she gives good results. Happy growing to everyone and thanks for reading my diary! Update 10/5: I have some neighbor cats that love to dig up the substrate from my pots... Luckily they haven't uprooted the plant but almost... I rearranged them and they seem to be fine. I haven't had much luck with this grow combined with my lack of experience.

HurlinghCultiveta Hey growers! This week has been good, really good I’d say! Even though growth stalled at the beginning (somehow I stressed them out due to my lack of experience), you can see those centimeters in height and thickness of their branches and buds. They’re starting to smell really nice and their sex is already defined 😀. I’m still adding nutrients for vegetation. One is a liquid compound based on krill, algae, and nitrogen. The other is based on bacillus and bacteria. In another week, I hope to see pre-flowering. Happy growing everyone!

HurlinghCultiveta Great to be here in another wonderful week with lots of sun for them! The big news is that we are in the flowering stage! 🙌 They have grown a lot these past few days, which makes me happy because I thought they were going to stay super tiny. I took out all the wires and supports I had from the LST since I read somewhere that once they start to flower, it's better not to have them tied down. I had to cover them as you'll see in the photos because there are several cats around, and they like to dig up the substrate and bite the leaves 😡 They need more water since the weather has improved a lot and there's full sun. About 2L every 2 days in the 12.5L pots and 4L in the 24L pot. The only nutrient I'm giving them is Azteka Monster Weed, which has a formula of phosphorus, potassium, and living organic matter. I'm applying 5ml per liter of water for now over the next 3 weeks. I want to share that my idea is to do my own experiment, and what I did was grow with different methods and nutrients. For one of them, I only gave powdered nutrients from Powder Feeding for short flowering. The rest got an organic liquid solution. I applied LST to 4 of them with varying intensity and left one to grow naturally. I also put them in different pots to test. I haven't had major problems with pests. I hope it stays that way since I suspended the application of potassium soap and neem oil. I'm more than happy with these FastBuds seeds for now. Thanks for reading my diary!

HurlinghCultiveta Hello growers! After the wonderful weather last week, the bad weather is back 😡. The temperature dropped quite a bit and there have been very rainy days. But they’re still hanging in there! I protect them when it rains a lot and there’s a lot of wind. I’m gradually increasing the nutrients for flowering.

HurlinghCultiveta Hello growers! To my surprise, these girls keep growing despite their stagnation in the first two weeks! They are starting to smell more intense and those buds are fattening up. Some whiteflies have appeared that I'm trying to remove manually day by day so I don't have to apply any products at this stage. This week we're going to have better weather with more sunny days 😎 Here are some macro photos of pistils and trichomes! Cheers and happy growing!

HurlinghCultiveta Hello growers! These flowers are growing! I was looking at their trichomes and they are mostly milky white. There are some clear ones and very few amber, so according to my calculations, in 2 more weeks at most they will be ready 😃. I check for pests manually every day. So far just some black flies and an occasional red spider, but nothing to worry about. I started giving them a flowering booster for this last week since the last week I do the root wash. I have a question about that. Booster formula: Seaweed 10% Trichoderma 1.5% Bacillus Suctilus 8% Organic matter 45% Micronutrients, acid bacteria, and yeast. Spirulina algae 3% BTI 4% K 6.5% P 4.5% Thanks for reading my diary!

HurlinghCultiveta Hello growers! We're getting closer to the harvest! We're having amazing days with lots of sun and very good temperatures, but the most important news today is that here in Argentina, self-cultivation of cannabis for medicinal use has been legalized. It's a very important step!!! Happy growing and thanks for reading my diary!

HurlinghCultiveta Hey growers! Everything is going pretty well except for a few aphids, whiteflies, and red spiders I found on 2 of my plants. I'm dealing with them manually.
