First Grow

EastCoastCannabis This is my first grow, Im currently growing 5 bag seeds that are believed to be green crack, fingers crossed! Im using a 700W Mars II Hydro which draws 340 watts in a 4x4 fusion hut tent. Also using 4inch inline fan and carbon filter. For soil im using organic garden soil mixed with perlite. I will also be using Dyna grow Foliage pro and bloom for nutrients as of now. The first pictures are only three of the 5 seedlings because the other pictures didn't turn out as well. Today is day 7 under the light and they have made some great progress, will be posting updated pictures this evening! Follow me on my journey!

EastCoastCannabis Today is day 8 since the seedlings have come through the soil, I transplanted them because I got the first grow jitters and was worried they didnt have enough space for their roots. Now realizing I probably could have left them for longer in the jiffy pots. All 5 plants seem to be doing well except one seems to be drooping slightly and the one plants cotleydon leaves are turning yellow but unsure why! Any advice is more than welcome! Day 14, Lots of great foliage growth since the transplant. I cut off the yellow cotyledon leaves to focus on more foliage growth because the plant would be wasting energy trying to fix those dying leaves. Seem to be growing their third set of true leaves I believe. Waiting on my dyna-grow foliage pro for delivery!

EastCoastCannabis Sorry for the delay! Took these pictures on the 21st day but didnt have time to upload them. One of the plants was extremely stunted compared to the other four, so I decided to give it to a friend instead. My dyna-gro foliage pro arrived just in time for the first feeding! Going to begin some LST after I top it, any suggestions as to when I should top it I would gladly appreciate! Cheers Everyone, Happy Growing

EastCoastCannabis Today marks 30 days from seed! Extremely happy with the way they are growing thus far. I will be topping and applying some LST training on the plants tomorrow. Going to veg these guys for approximately 2 more weeks until switching them over to 12/12. A couple of the leaves seem to have some discolouration but unsure of what cause could be, any suggestions? Any additional information that you guys would like to know feel feel to comment and I will gladly update! Happy Growing!

EastCoastCannabis Today is the 5th week of veg from seed! Plants have all been topped and undergone some LST, the foliage growth over the last week has been amazing! Tonnes of new stems forming to compete to be the "main" cola. Not much vertical growth as expected because the plant was topped less than a week ago. Going to begin transitioning them from the Dyna-gro foliage pro to the Tiger bloom by foxfarm next week when we begin flowering. This week has been a great learning experience. Cheers, Happy Growing

EastCoastCannabis Today marks the last day of Veg for these bad boys, over the last week we have tried to make the plants more bush like through some more LST training. Defoliating and LST were definitely two things I learned alot while doing such as the increased growth rate of the plant following defoliation. We used a soft rubber coated wire for LST and finding a place to attach them to were tricky but they responded very well to the LST and look beautiful to me. Excited to see some bud formation!!
