The yellowing might be early signs of cal mag def. I had an early hint with mine in week 3. I’ve spiked mine up and it went away. I use the General Organics one as no added N in it.

Those are young plants so you might try raising the lights in order to allow them to harden off before getting that much intensity. As this looks like light burn to me

Thanks for all the comments. I have raised the light and changed the flood height and seems to be getting better.
