Northern_Ent Sep 22: harvest in a few days. These plants were prepared with nearly super soil and were mostly just watered with city tap water. The were also given molasses a few times.
These three plants did not get maximum sun but it looks like they did alright.
Sep 28: finally harvested now that the freeze dryer is ready. These are a bit over-ripe but should be okay. Wet weights after trimming for dryer:
96 g Pineapple Express
61 g Smoothie
40 g Original Jack Herer
Northern_Ent Sep 29: freeze drying took 16 hours and the buds came out a bit crispy but easily re-hydrated a bit to optimal levels. Great finished product.
Northern_Ent This plant didn’t get enough direct sun and likely a bit under watered. Was freeze dried along with other buds and these came out the driest as reflected in the weight lost. Loose sativa buds lost more water than the more indica buds on the Smoothie. Easily re-hydrated and look great.
