Man you are like doing nothing, you just bended down the leaves. Instead for lst you have to pulls down branches to expose them to the light. Give the plant some days to grow and then start to bend it or top it ( cut the top of the plant to moltiplicate the apical stems) pay attention to height, you box seem to be very low and the plant when start flowering increase her height a lot ✌️🏽 Keep on growing
