Two blue cheese from crop king seeds, the first one is in a one gal pot, and the second is in a 3 gal pot. They both are with the same medium ratio and both are starting very happy after only being in soil for about a day and a half. I used paper towel Method for germination for these two
I was having some other things come up so I lost about a weeks worth of content on this grow, but they took super well to the medium and took off flying, the blue cheese auto is supposed to be a smaller bud but taller and medium yielding auto, with super flavour full cheese and berry tastes and a very mild and relaxing high. I’m very exited to see how it turns out! I lst one blue cheese and I’m letting the other grow naturally to see how they both grow different and witch way is better for the blue cheese!
One of the blue cheese in the smaller about 1 gallon pot is starting to flower and is not the largest auto as predicted but I’m exited to see how she flowers, the second is still growing tall with no flowers yet, she’s getting about the same size as the early miss auto, but no flowers, as the early miss has flowers starting, or at least pistils piping. As I was Mia I’m not sure if this diary’s weeks will be correct but i will post growth and adds properly as I can.
I’ve added a pinch more bloom but I’ll say she’s started flowering already. Being so small she’s just gonna produce a little bit but that’s totally okay for just me and my girlfriend. The taller more weird one is showing signs of pre flower but I’m not 100% if it’s a auto or a photo, they are both supposed to be autos but who knows! That’s okay! Just more to grow.
The little blue cheese I put in the 3 gall or almost I’m thinking 2.5 is growing nicely with quite compact bud sites but a few of them at that! I love the look of her she’s a little princess as my girlfriend says. The other tall and lanky blue cheese is quite stretched but yet think and growing some nice bud sites too, she’s looking nice with her few flowers. Not expecting a crazy yield from these but for just me and my lady and sharing around the Holliday season with others it will be great to add this strain to my collection. Thrips have been in my tent but not very often have I seen damage until lately so I’ve put up strips and treated my room. After this run I will be taking it all down for a full sanitization. I had a outdoor rescue plant inside I believe brought shit with it. Obviously breaking the main rule of growing indoors, don’t cross the outside with the inside for bugs will come, but alas I have precautions in place.
These blue cheese autos are interesting, I have my like half or one gal mini auto witch is actually frosting and packing up some serious buds, but is so small like I’m hoping for a compact Oz, or maybe even just like 18g but I want more quality than quantity on that little blue cheese, and the tall and lanky Blue cheese is just something I’ve left to see how not lst, autos grow and how there bud sites do without lst, but she’s weird, this tall blue cheese auto is flowering but is either very behind the other two autos planted all at the same time, or she’s got something user her sleeve she’s got not much frost at all compared to the little blue cheese, but she is tall and healthy and happy, but not much tricombe development yet or cylax growth of a notable nature.
I solved a thrip problem in my tent and I also discovered some spider mites! So I placed sticky traps and treated with natural sprays. After cleaning my whole tent in and out and all my fans I have confirmed after about a extra week of looking that they are all clear and I will keep a massive eye out for further development but I’m confident it’s solved. Anyways! The little bonsai blue cheese is looking beautiful and covered in trichomes and with quickly swelling buds it has put on some beef, it’s got some very very red and brown hairs but mostly like a unbelievably fire and dark red pistils. I’m in love with the colour I hope it keeps it, the buds and plant have a crazy blue hue to it, it’s looking like a little too shelf auto! I’m going to bet she is going to be a very very frosty and tasty smoke, on the other hand! My other blue cheese in a regular 3 gal has decided to take the other pheno and go nuts with its height and flowering time, it had had very little problems it’s whole life and has a pretty good structure! But for this auto it’s flowering faze has taken the longest, I once thought it could be a lost cause but then the buds started to grow, now, she has put on some crazy weight and size, she had some fat main colas and some starting to brown hairs, dense looking buds but not super thick, she is taking her time though for sure, frost was lacking so much the last week I was so confused as in to did I fuck up feeding her or was it a environmental thing? But then pow, she stared to produce frost and every day she is getting more and more and more and more and getting thicker and thicker so yay, I’m very happy, I did a feeding to both autos and increased bloom. I put the whole tent since I’m only running autos right now on 24 hours until they Finnish, just maximize the time, unfortunately I don’t have many good photos of the girls from this week as I have been very busy, but I will add some to this for the next week of the colour and size better and newer up to date photos from this next and this week, but hey! I’m exited
So! The blue cheese are coming along swimmingly now, my large blue cheese auto is packing on some serious growth and size still and it’s tricombe production is insane now and growing every day costing the buds. This large blue cheese seemed shy and almost a fucked pheno but ended up I guess just holding a longer flowering time and is takin her sweet steps, I’m okay with it! I want the best for her if you know what I mean. But she had a massive main cola now and her lower branches main sights are quite a size too, I’m expecting a alright yield from her! I’ve defoliated the big and small blue cheeses with great success and the big one has responded great with putting lots of energy towards resin and tricombe production and bud growth in general. As the little bonsai blue cheese is coated with terps and Combes, she is frosty and smelly and oh my, expecting a ,15%amber to 85%milky/cloudy ratio for both of these blue cheeses to maximize their potency.
Hello folks! So! These blue cheese girls are reaching their peak and maximum! Trichomes are filling in! The little blue cheese bonsai is ripe as fuck now but I wanna wait and get a better cbd or cbn ratio on this small guy, I’m looking for a good strong indica high from the big blue cheese since I will be getting more off this plant, but the small blue cheese I wanna aim for a less active thc run with a smaller yeild and have a bit more cbn and cbd and a good indica night cap, I’m expecting a super blueberry run from the small blue cheese since it looks to be looking closer structure to the blueberry parent than the uk cheese parent. But the big guy is looking a lot more cheese and that’s what I want! A want a good thick cheese and a good blueberry easy smoke. But I’m happy! The little cheese is already got quite mature trichomes and I’m hoping that it keeps it’s nice even mature spectrum and I’m super excited that the big cheese will hopefully be done the weekend or week after the 11 week point! The average for blue cheese autos. Or so I read.
Alright! One baby blue cheese bonsai is chopped and drying and this girl is next I’m sure! You can see I’m the natural light the blue complexion! But she is gorgeous and frost and fucking crazy dense from running the temps a bit higher and the humidity lower in flowers last few weeks, I did do a full flush and defoliation so she would use up the rest of herself and she’s used most and I trimmed her down to her needs and leaves and she’s now greener around those shugar leaves but also just fading slower I figure around those, she’s already at the point naturally where she’s not even using ph’d water, I’ve watered her about 4 times in 2 weeks and she’s after her fade, just not hunting anymore! Trichomes are mostly cloudy with some amber or gold colour trichs coming in too around the plant, she’s pretty! But boy oh’ boy! Dense and massive a main cola!! She’s huge! I’m very happy!
Just harvested the big blue cheese! I will post a harvest cap on this diary after the cure is 2 weeks in! Hue cola and huge dense branch flowers! Everything is crazy dense and I’m super exited for this as I am slow curing it to perfection after a good flush the last two weeks and a dark period for shits and giggles. Witch obviously autos don’t need but since I ran 24 7 the last like 2 months I figure eh why not. Looks great! I’m exited!
Overall the buds are a lush smoke, I find that the thc potency on this strain is definitely not grown to pack standards, my one baby blue cheese backs a very very berry and flavourful smoke, burning white ash from a clean dry and cure, moisture is perfect and I’m so satisfied with the overall flavour and smoke, the big blue cheese is a very cheesy blueberry mix with some earthy tones, I find it also a very nice smoke but a lower thc potency. I enjoy it a lot! It’s a great smoke before bed or trying to relax the mind and eat some good food! It’s a very fancy strain in my opinion because I smoke this strain for flavour I would say and satisfaction like a fine wine, more than I would pound it back to get super duper stoned like a hard liquor. I enjoy my Turpines and this is a very nice strain! I would recommend for anyone who is a fan or lower thc around a max of 17% I probably ran around 15% for my girls but that’s just a guess from a stoner grower haha, I’m not a lab. But I would say yeah! Good strain! Last harvest for the next month due to my Christmas grow break! See you all next year! Cheers!!!!!
