first week. Potted two seedlings 11/10. I do the papper towel metod and they sprouted after about 36h. Two seeds are pink lemonade(bag seed) and the other one is a mystery seed. I have smoked the pink lemonade and look forward to growing my own! The mystery is a gift from my mentor.
Edit: first week has been great. Good conditions and soil, humidy, pH and lights are going good.
I'm doing mychorriza for det first time, and I'm also planning on traing, topping, and hopefully I'll get some clones.
Mysteriefrø is mostly indica, while the pink lemonade is mostly sativa, and my space is small, but I've been fearly successful with training on my last attempts, so they'll have to have more ore less the same height on harvest day, if they like it ore not 🙈🤣
Thus far all good... Waiting for more roots and then I'll replant in rich organic potting soil for herbs an vegetables, with some perlite and some sand rich soil for better *drainich*. My last grows have had some PH an nutrient problems, so I'm planning on going easy this time around. I'll start of with mychorriza and let the earth do it's best untill first topping at least :)
I'm on week two and all is going according to schedule. Im trying a organic tomato nutrient to start thing of and had to repot early because they got to tall. that let me see the work done by the mychorriza. The roots where thriving!
The third node is starting to show, and ill top it as soon as I can... Maybe later this week.
Edit: they are a bit stretchy, but leaves are sprouting just fine. Ive had to apply light pressure to leaves and ive pinched the stem a couple of times. It seems to be strong.
Pictures are day 11 and 13 from sprout.
I have extreme hight issues... In that my veg space is about 30cm and my tent is being used for flowers 🙈
I will topp and let them as hard as I can an hopefully I can get a canopy going :)
I know it doesn't look good, but I'm living up north in prohibition europe and have to do with what I've got. Owe had some harvest but any tips would be great
I think their all showing good signs and are spreading out... I also pich the branches to make them sturdier.
Update. Good week :) the girls are doing fine.
Week five. I have usually vegged for about 7 weeks ore more because of my growing conditions, but I'm actually planning on flipping these birds next week.
Replanted today with mychorriza and Cana Professional.
They wil be feed biobizz grow until bloom
edit end week 5: Took some clones and flipped them. 5 week veg is a bit short under my conditions but going for 3 small plant will at least give me different flowers :)
Mysteriefrø has got som long and sexy sativa leaves and all though i grown Lemon Skunk, with is supposed to be sativa dominant, these leaves are way more pointy... it will be interesting to see how much they decide to stretch the next couple of days.
Good week, but a bit stressful. longer verge results in a sturdier plant when flipped, and these ones where quite small and frail. They've indured some hard lst/hst but are coping.
I'm letting them stretch a bit, and my plan is a SoG.
heavy defoliation and strugling to keep them on level, they are sativa and indica so I just have to my best :)
The defoil is always a hard discussion but it seems to help the plants in my conditions. I usually do two defoils in flower. The first after a couple of weeks and then when it's really started to bloom,to distribute light as evenly as possible.
kicking back from defoil and getting bigger. Growing in cana professional soil and they look good, so im not adding to much nutes. Trying to stay organic to keep the mycorizza alive and the roots are healthy.
The bag with the Mysteriefrø seed says Shark Shock x Critical. I would assume that it means Shark Shock cbd crossed with Critical Kush. The problem is that it has the most sativa looking leaves I've seen in my grows (still a beginner), and it wants to go tall. None of the above mentioned strains should have a lot of sativa, so I'm it really will be a mystery... Not much smell to go by yet . . .
Impossible to keep even canop. Almost broke the Mysteriefrø while lsting, but im cutting a Lemon skunk that's done this week and will get a bit more space. Ill try to SoG the Pink Lemonades and will lett Mysterifrø do its thing.
They are blooming really fast and are showing awesome preflowering. No smell, but I'm on the dry side. My tent is in a shed that gets a bit cold at night, and my heater drinks all the humidity.
Probably can't really call it SoG, but at least they are more ore less on level.
Had a plant that was ready for harvest, and I'm going away for four days, so they got some pruning, a little top soil and water with nutes. I was going all organic, but they are getting quite big so I gave them some advanced nutes BigBud.
It's always thrilling to leave them, and four days is long water wise.... But they usually enjoy their time alone. As long as lights, and air is on point... First run without any nutes issues and they look happy 😁
Had to go away for Christmas, and had a feeling I had gotten some pest... Came back to a sad sight. The flowers are doing they're best, but since iwe been away i haven't been able to fix them. Had a couple hours with them before next holiday and ripped off the dead and infested leaves. The Mysteriefrø was worst of and actually had some webbing on some leaves. this is my personal weed and the flowers look pretty good so I'll keep it up.
Iwe had no time to fix the issues, so I'ma just try to save what i can. Thay should flower at least a couple of weeks more... . Since I'm growing in a shed and day/night temp are quite different i will try to freeze and at least stall some of the "infestation". I shut of my heater because it makes the tent quite dry.
I'we given them a hefty nutrient boost and hope they will focus on the flower! Added some stones to keep the moisture in...
Also dried them way to fast 😬😬 Seems like there is no natural humidity left in my country 😅😅
Edit. After cure all three plant pack a punch... I'm going to plant a lot of seeds this spring and Ill keep the best ones and will guerillagrow the rest outsider.
