ssgsquad So germinated 5 seeds and no sprouts. I was shocked the seeds were 6 months old
Germinated 4 more and three sprouted.
Jack 47 xl auto
Gorilla girl xl auto
Moby dick xxl
Damaged one seedling trying to remove the seeds shell. I don't know it can survive or not. Time will tell
Its an organic grow. Mixed batch of supersoil myself 2 months earlier.
Its my first grow 👍
It will be a ok! Maybe a little stunted, but it will grow! I once had an outdoor autoflower get eaten by a mouse and looked like a seedling toothpick and still had 1.5 ounces harvested 3.5 months later! They are strong little plants! Good luck!
ssgsquad So only 2 survived jack 47 and other is one of the two seedsman strawberry cheese cake or moby dick xxl.
The growth is a bit odd.
What do you say a mutant.
Maybe due to disturbance in the lighting schedule. The lights were on and off during the day and the cycle was disturbed badly.
New growth showing. Let's see

ssgsquad So things are moving very slowly.
Only water for the plants 300 ml every three days.
Plants suffered light burn i guess and decreased the light intensity from 60 watt to 39 watts. Increased the light to plant distance as well.
Should i provide more light or is it enough.
Light source : 13 watt led bulbs
Feedback is welcome 👍
Thanks

ssgsquad Hey mates was busy so couldn't update the diary.
Plants into pre flower and the growth is very slow. The plants and suffering from the start and i can't figure it out.
It's winters and added a heater to the room.
Still no fan for circulation of air. I am going to add a small oscillating fan.
Little Jack 47 smells great btw 👍

ssgsquad So today is day 46 when i took the pictures and improved the setup.
Added a oscillating fan
Lights closer to the plants
Added a heater
The soil at the base was very acidic. What the meter tells me so i gave tap water to plants which is alkaline ph 8 and ppms are very high 700 to 800.
Trial and error brother
Couldn't think of a better solution
The plant leaves are turning light green from outside to inside and then yellowing.
One more thing the leaves stalk curl in a very strange way from the start of the grow. Never seen that before if that too helps to identify the problem.
Let's see where we go from here.
Cheers ✌️
It seems that the soil is not in good condition. It seems to be very humid and has little aeration.
This is one of the possible reasons why plants are not growing well.
Sweet smokes!

@Sweet_Seeds,
Thanks for your feedback.
It has good aeration 50% is perlite and coco coir.
I believe its ph issue ma be.
The leaves turn light green from edges and then yellowing.
No growth
Maybe the soil mix is not good as you say.
Appreciate your feedback mate 👍
@ssgsquad, i feel the temps are too low also. I bet the soil is very cold. Therefore the roots are cold. Also i think the lamp could be closer. You can cut the end of all the bulbs off so the light is more focused. I'm using a 100w QB and it's 25cm away.
Are you feeding nutes? Are you watering with a ph of 6.5? Do you calibrate your ph pen often? What spectrum are your led bulbs?
In my limited opinion I think its your temps and ph mainly. Light second.
Hope this helps
@HighFromHome,@Sweet_Seeds
Actually the plants are suffering from the very beginning when the temps were in 23-26 C range.
No nutes its a super soil grow.
I thought in the start it was light burn but nopes.
I am using Nestle water ph 7 and check with a ph paper strip as I broke my ph pen.
The color spectrum is Phillips white 5000k and yellow 3000k. Started using yellow bulbs in pre flower.
When I check the ph of soil it shows neutral in the above half portion of the soil where the base mix is and shows very acidic soil in the bottom where there is super soil. So i guess its the ph issue or maybe the soil is too hot.
I believe I gave you a better picture of the story.
Regards.
@Sweet_Seeds, thanks for your time
Ec should be fine i guess because if the tds is right the ec should be fine.
The meter tells both ec & tds readings.
Soil is a new batch
Take a look at the base soil mix 10 gallon batch
3 gallon coco
1.5 gallon compost
1 gallon cow manure
0.5 gallon earthworm castings
2 gallon perlite
1 gallon soil
0.5 gallon sand
And super soil mix 10 gallon batch is this
3 gallon Coco 30%
0.5 gallon worm casting 5%
2 gallon compost 20%
1.5 gallon Cow manure 15%
3 perlite 20%
1 cup egg shells
Half cup Epsom salt
1.5 cups Blood meal
1.5 cups Bone meal
1.5 cups Fish meal
Also updated the diary for you to take a look.
Regards
