Germination

DailyhighclubNLyara As always, I germinated my seeds using the coffee filter technique. After 1.5 days, the taproot was already out. Around day 3, the root was 1cm, and I put them in the 12l grow pots from the Daily High Club. I always place the root in the soil and let the seed stick out a tiny bit, so I’m sure it comes out of the ground. The DHC x AR1000 is hanging about 45-50cm above the seedlings, and I turned it on to full power right away. I also put a plastic cup around the seeds for higher humidity.

DailyhighclubNLyara Day 2 in the pots they came out beautifully with their seed as a hat! Day 4 they were all 3 1cm out of the ground, they were born! Day 6 is almost over today and 2/3 seeds go delicious. Both of them already have their first set of real leaves and you can see the next set coming, oewhhh. Unfortunately there is one that I think is less gene/old seed. It sits around half the height and the lobs are almost closed, but hopefully it is still hard 💪 🏼

I can see that you write 30c and 16c , that’s a lot of difference between your temps and that will stun the seedlings. In flo max 10c difference +- in veg is better stay on like 5c difference

DailyhighclubNLyara This week is going strong, I'm learning a lot from the plants and I'm really very happy with this light. You can just tell that the plants are loving it, they are completely in prayer position during the day and it looks amazing 😍 I gave 0.4l per plant every about 1.5 days at the end of this week. I'm trying to wait until the soil starts to get a little dry. So far, going strong! Daily High Club

DailyhighclubNLyara What a beautiful week this was, jeez. The Daily High Club products really just make the environment so much better. You see that this is a really high quality light and the girls show that too. It’s so fun to see 3 same strain seeds performing soooo different from each other even when all the other factors are the same. We have the small one, which really looks funny and definitely not the way she should look. But hey I don’t want to break up the family. The middle sister is performing right on target, just as the books are saying she is performing like that. And then we have Olga, she doesn’t listen to the books she just has great genes 🍀 She is blessed with a strong stem and strong arms with more than 5 fingers humans has, she has 7! LOL So anyway learning a lot with what to do and what not to, I’m trying to keep the temperature around 28C when the humidity is around 65-70%. In week 4 im going to decrease the humidity by 5%. I’m also giving 1 half table spoon of kind of molasses solution and they responded immediately after that with big growth. Enjoy the pictures and see how these Mephisto girls perform in and under Daily High Club products!

DailyhighclubNLyara I have looked up as much of LST training as I can but I've noticed that its best to just do it and be safe with it. I tried to do my first LST on Olga and I think it looks okay for the first time. I think the pictures speak out all the words needed. I love seeing the plant grow and learn so much from this grow. This quantum board is for sure doing great but lets see what it does next week!

DailyhighclubNLyara Okay so the result of my LST surprised me like a lot. The plant looks great under the light, it’s still my second grow so I hope to learn a lot about the beautiful plants and how they respond. I want to experience everything to learn from them and know how to respond. I think this week went good but the dry wet cyclus is something I really needed to learn this week. I first tried watering every day but i noticed that the soil wasn’t dry at all, so I thought no that’s maybe just the soil. *Ive learned this cycle in the next week* spoiler alert: it wasn’t I still give around 1 tbsp of the molasses because the plant is really responding good to it. The small plant is also looking healthy so perfect, just keep giving her love. I did a big oops: So, the plant grew bigger and bigger and faster then I could keep up. So I decided to lst some more, Olga went perfect and I build a lot of confidence from that. So... busy with the other “big” plant and I started doing the head top, but the band was just to tight, but I noticed that to late *SNAP*. Did I just snapped the biggest branch of the middle plant? Yes, I hated myself for 4 days until I thought: there are no mistakes, just happy..... (fill in with your brainpower) well see what happens

DailyhighclubNLyara This week I went into surgery so I haven’t have much foto’s but a lot of experience.... So what happened the first day of this week I gave 750ml water per plant, on day 2 I went into surgery (no biggie I’m healthy) but i felt really drugged out until day 6 of this week. But when I looked back on it it helped me so much with the dry wet cycle. Because I learned how the soil feels when it’s really dry dry, because the plant didn’t get water for 4 straight days. The plant still looked healthy and I feel like this gave me very helpful insight. The yellowing leaves are from the 4 days of no water I think The oopsie from last week wasn’t as big of a mistake as I thought, it’s just a way to see if topping an auto flower is worth it or not. You’ll see next week how it worked out

DailyhighclubNLyara On this week I’ve seen the most changes on the plants. I’m giving 1 ltr everyday except day 4 and 6 of this week, I noticed that that day the soil wasn’t dry dry. The plant grew so hard that it almost grew against the DHC ar1000, and some leaves are showing some burning indications. So I raised the light 2 times this week because the plant grew so hard. I noticed that some of the lowest leaves which turned yellow last week where easy to remove so I tried that, only the ones that wanted to fall. Some of the stems where grewing really high so I tried to lst them where I wanted. The topbranch of Olga is looking realllyyy good and I can see so many tops. Does someone has extra tips for the plant, I’ve noticed that some branches are getting purple and also some leaves.

DailyhighclubNLyara Hello 👋🏼 Busy weeks, so I’ll post simple stuff and pictures. Most important is to control temps, because that’s hard. Watering is a bit under control, I’ll wait enough time in between to get the soil dry dry, she doesn’t drink daily 1.5l but sometimes she drink more or less. The buds are growing good, I think because of the temp changes the weed gets the purple ish leafs. I don’t mind the buds look green.

DailyhighclubNLyara Still busy weeks lol, The buds grew amazingly this week and I’m really happy with how dense the weed feels. Previous grown was under a Blurple 1000W (10W measured 😅) and compared to the lamp that dailyhighclub.nl gave me, this is 1000x better. This light comes just as described: DHCxAR1000 pro 110W Full Spectrum LED! Yeah, advertising is part of it, and I’m just super satisfied with this light! I’m trying to grow as budget-friendly as possible so that everyone can grow their own weed. Autoflowers are almost as simple as good soil and paying attention to how you water, better too little than too much. Well, that’s not so hard, I say as a lazy person. But DikkeToppenWilNietStoppen

DailyhighclubNLyara Okay, I’m going to harvest the tops that now show Amber instead of milky trichomes. I’m really happy with this grow, I’ve learned so much and I’ve really noticed how much better quality light is and how much more comes out. Just 12 hours left and then she will have had 48 hours of darkness, and her last drink was 3 days ago with pH 6.5 ice cubes. Then I’m going to cut the tops where the trichomes have gone from milky to Amber. Drying and then curing in the jar💪🏼 I’m going to do a partial harvest because I think the “smaller” plant is about 1 to 2 weeks behind. I’ll cut the main tops that are “ready” and the rest will keep going for a bit longer. Wish me luck, I’m going to need it.

DailyhighclubNLyara CHOP CHOP Okay so the LST worked, not great but it worked basically. The head tops from Olga and the one on the back where showing 30-40% Amber already so I decided to cut them already. I’ve read about the 2 days of darkness so I decided to give that a try. After 48hrs of darkness I chopped down the selected tops! Because it where head tops they are hanged in the closet in a dark room until the branches snaps. After 5 days the buds where dry and I decide to cure them. I’m curing them with the Boveda 65% and its really easy. Just burp the pot once a day or a while and check the hygrometer. The first day the % was 75max and 3rd already 70%. The rest is still going until I see enough amber spots, this cut will be done immediately after the day so I can see differences. I’m happy with the buds and the first cut is 23g Dry weight ✌️🏼❤️💛💚

DailyhighclubNLyara Wow, what a grow it was and also very learn full. The tent i was growing in was to small for the plant. The Mephisto seeds performed amazing from the start, the root was sprouted within 8 hours I can’t even believe it now I’m reading it back. One plant was stunned for still unknown reason but the flavour these buds of this plant has is amazing so it was worth it. Olga performed amazing and her head top is going to be preserved in pots in the dark room as long as I can. I have reasons to believe my soil was dried out of nutrients for the plants and that’s what I’m thinking causes the decolorisation of the plant 🤓 Next GrowDiaries the Daily High Club is going to be rocking the DHC x AR1000 Pro quantum Board in a tent where it belongs 💪🏼
