So this is another one I have not tried before and I just cannot wait to have some of this bad girl.
It's Gorilla Glue heritage and the Gelato mix gives a hefty 26% THC Those heavy genetics sound nice to me.
So just giving water this week, I have 2 plants of the same genetics so I will be using RQS Organic nutes for one and Canna nutes for the other just to see how it goes.
You can already see that by day 7 plant number 1 has significantly more development on the second set of leaves.
Everything is looking as it should and no problems to report.
This Triple G is one I have not done before so I'm always interested to see how it goes.
Up to now #1 with the RQS nutes is doing really well
#2 is looking a bit pale and I will need to start feeding it now so on it's next watering I will start feeding it.
Other than that they are looking good with no problems.
I have given a low dose of BioCanna Rhizotonic to both plants at the start of the week to boost root production.
I can see an immediate improvement in #2 and the colour is looking much better.
A few days after adding the Rhizotonic I can see some of the leaves affected on #1 but #2 shows no signs.
I can see that the plants are showing a bit of burn to the lower leaves and it is caused by the BioCanna Rhizotonic, that stuff is really strong.
Trimmed of any affected leaves and the trim looks quite severe on #2 now but it will bounce back.
Plant #1 is looking really nice and will soon be ready for training.
Good growth all round this week.
So I could see that plant #2 was getting a bit lighter in colour so I have upped the feed a little bit and gave a good dose of Canna Calmag agent and it looks like it has worked really well.
Another little hair cut for the ladies and they do respond very well.
After thinning the plant out a bit it is easier to arrange your LST exactly how you want and helps the lower nodes get more light.
No problems at all.
Good strong growth this week so I'm just letting them grow a bit now.
Pinning out the branches to allow more light to the lower nodes.
Just keeping the feed at a relatively low dose but will probably increase it on the next feed.
Towards the end of the week I can see a bit of drooping leaves but I can't work out if it is under or over watering. I will work it out 😀
This week I have given them a nice little trim to encourage more growth to the top.
Pinning out the branches and tying them down to open the plant up and make it wider.
I have also upped the feed a little bit and they seem to be taking it well.
No problems to report and within a few days they are looking nice and bushy again.
Gave them a really good trim this week and after a few days it's like you haven't done anything to them.
New growth is strong and healthy looking, can't believe how strongly they bounce back after trimming.
I have upped the feed and the plants are taking it very well.
No problems at all.
So the plants are getting much bigger now it is getting harder to make space in the tent to take photos.
I will be starting the flowering soon as the plants look like a good enough size to start.
I upped the feed again slightly and the plants are absolutely loving it.
No problems to report
Gave another good trim this week and within a few days it is like they were never touched.
Started flowering hours on the 1st of December so this is not really a full week but it is near enough.
Not much difference between the plants at all now.
No problems to report.
A good week with nice healthy new growth getting quite bushy.
Gave a good trim this week to help with air flow and light to the lower nodes.
I will keep the feed as it is for now but will be giving flowering nutes soon.
Started with half strength flowering nutes and added the Boost and PK 13/14.
Flowers seem to be developing nicely.
Plant is a nice colour and leaves look healthy.
Had to do a bit of supercropping on one of them as it is getting too close to the light.
No problems at all.
This week I have increased the flowering nutes slightly and keeping the boost and pk at the same strength.
Really good growth, looking strong and a nice shade of green.
Buds are coming along nicely and they are looking nice and healthy.
Good bud development on both plants.
Leaves on one plant are looking a bit lighter than the other one, it may need more PK 13/14
No problems to report.
The buds are starting to look heavy now and some nice trichome production as well.
I'm keeping the feeding as it is so not to cause any nute burn at this late stage.
No problems at all.
Getting really close to harvest now, the smell from this is amazing, like sweet diesel.
I'm only giving a short flush on this to see how it goes.
Can't wait to try this one.
Decent return from these 2 plants, I think if I had maybe trimmed a bit more below I could have got even more. Easy to grow, in fact very vigorous, strong and healthy. Responds well to topping and training. Buds are rock hard and sticky.
