Cuttings spent 30 days in the ez cloner. I used a different cloner recipe and was thrilled with the results. Transplanted everything over to 2 Gallon pots and cleaned them up a bit. This run we’ll be doing 32 plants on a 4x8 tray. 1 sq ft per plant, Co2 enriched,
and covered by two new 660x phasers!! Cleaning my floraflex manifolds now, 4x8 table will be here in two days, and phasers early next week. For now we’ll initiate Veg day 1 hand watered under the old spider farmers!
Sorry for the delay, ran out of perlite so I didn’t mix properly. They got over watered and veg slowed down. Spectreled lights came in but controller was on backorder for 6 weeks. Looks like I’m just going to finish this run with the Spiderfarmers. Have to refill my co2 tanks and get a new timer for this 3rd light. Everything has bounced back well. I’m going to LST a little bit into this net for an even canopy, flip in another week or so hopefully.
Really impressed with the bounce back in these plants. Flipped them to flower on November 28th. My last run with this strain they didn’t stretch much, pretty sure I timed it well. I noticed some mold growing inside my advanced nutrients bottles, in the tarantula and bud igniter. Kind of weird if you ask me. I was going to switch nutes after this run anyways. My buddy gave me his jacks recipe and he’s been doing amazing things for like 15 cents per gallon mixed or something like that. The plan is to let them stretch then clean up everything below the screen. Where do the more experienced growing stand on this? My buddy trims everything up during stretch an says he has no issue. I’ve just never tried it myself and would assume it would cause stress an potential stunt the growth.

To your question at the end of this weeks comments...
I recommend no stripping or defol past day 21 of flower. I do day 1 and day 20 heavy defol. I clean up under my screen at the same time, but I’m careful not to go overboard and cause too much stress. I target older bigger fan leaves. I see immediate explosive growth from the other smaller fan leaves and before you know it my canopy is 2x as full as it was even though I just removed a ton of foliage a few days prior.
You’re already thinking this way about over stress which is excellent. Many growers have never been into defol and have great success - to each their own. It works for me under my quantum boards.
