For sure let it grow!
Looks like she did not grow new nodes anymore so she topped herself naturally and this might actually work to your benefit.
She might stay small and weird the whole time but I believe that she will start to grow normally from now on and this might even delay the start of flower by couple weeks and the result is bigger plant with more yield!

I used for 4 plants and well not a really good result come out..... and the price I paid I think £60-70 so.... I am not sure where you from but if America or UK or Europe somewhere in certain countries on ebay you can buy a used marshydro or Viparspectra a good one not much more expensive but the result is much better especially for 4 plants. Consider mate. I am going to follow to see what result happens to you I am excited. Keep us updated. These lamps life time 50000 to 100000 hours so no issue with a second hand one.
