This is my first time ever growing cannabis. I have grown tomato, cucumber, peppers, celery, roses and cabbage in the past. **PLEASE GIVE AS MUCH GUIDANCE AS POSSIBLE, ALL ARE WELCOME** I will be growing the Dinafem OG Kush Autoflower strain. OG kush is my all time favorite strain. I buy 3 Dinafem seeds at local grow shop. I start 2 seed with Root Riot cube in egg tray under light with 5ml water for 2 days, then nutrients begin. I am using a 20L generic Deep Water Culture for both plants. Water is PH 7.2, 170ppm from tap, it is too chlorinated and dirty to use. I use cheap bottled mineral water, it is 80ppm. I build a 1L CO2 Reactor with water filtration chamber to increase yield. Will last 4 weeks, recipe below. Will change at week 4 and week 8. The light is a new Mars Hydro TS 600 which will be on a 20/4 cycle during veg, have not decided about flower. Lights are off from 0400-0800. Photos are captured daily at 1400. This will be fun. I will be outlining the entire grow with daily updates when the day is complete. Outline: Day 1 = placed 2 seeds from Dinafem can in root riot added 5 ml nutrient solution per GHE recommendations. a. Pointed end of seed pointing up, deep into root riot, under glass bowl (humidity dome) under 20/4 light at 30cm. (later discovered that this was too low!! 60cm for TS600!) Day 2 = seeds germinated well in 24 hrs, 100% germination rate 2 for 2. a. seeds in root riot in egg tray are under glass bowl (humidity dome) in tent Day 3 = both ladies have sprouted, one seems to be a bit more vigorous. a. introduced heavy nutrients at 318ppm to both ladies. b. removed glass bowl (humidity dome) c. activated 1L CO2 reactor, 800ml warm water, 400g white sugar, 1/4 teaspoon of Instant Yeast. d. Temperature 25.1 degrees Humidity 50% Day 4 = Cotyledon and first leaves visible. a. 1st plant is doing well, showing a long root at base of root riot. 2nd plant no roots yet through root riot. Day 5 = plants in root riot placed in DWC a. Nutrients at 320ppm for top feeding until roots hit the water level DWC. Water level is 3cm from base of basket to prevent overwatering. b. Top feeding 10ml of water a day to the seedlings, want them to find the water supply soon. Using 15L/20L for water supply. c. Water supply in DWC is 420ppm with Fulvic (Diamond Nectar) and Silicate (Mineral Magic) added per GHE first roots recommendations. d. growth is very noticeable from Day 4 to 5. e. Using the 420ppm solution from the DWC to hand water 20ml every 8 hours during transplant. f. Temperature 23.4 degrees PM, Humidity 50% Day 6 = roots starting to show through basket a. bottom of basket is getting a good mist from the oxygenated DWC 420ppm nutrient water. b. one plant is a bit more vigorous still. c. Will not be top watering today, the DWC mist in the air gap inside the DWC is hydrating enough to push the roots into the nutrients. d. Temperature 24.4 degrees, humidity 45% Day 7 = Noticeable growth overnight a. watered the rocks with plain 6.0 PH water to keep humidity steady around the ladies b. Temperature is 25.5 degrees, humidity 45% c. LED is now at 60cm from plants, seems to be a good height from the Mars Hydro TS 600 Quantum Board. (having the light too low during the first week did burn the leaves a little, had to trim in week 3) Let the Vegetation phase begin!

Week 1 went really well, the two plants are doing great. Their roots are stretching out into the DWC nutrient mist. Ive been providing the rocks with an injection of 60ml of 6.0 PH plain water just to keep humidity around the ladies nice. DWC has 15L of 420ppm nutrient water from GHE Expert chart. Day 8 = Roots have made their way into the DWC nutrient pool. The 5L misty gap inside the DWC has worked well. a. growth is nice overnight. I expect to see exponential growth over the next few weeks. b. I will not open the DWC again to prevent contamination, will feed through port in lid onward. b. CO2 reactor is pumping strong. I will likely add another CO2 reactor at week 3. c. once the roots hit the bottom of the DWC I will increase nutrients, for now 420ppm. Day 9 - Root Growth extreme a. leaves and roots growing strong, noticeable growth overnight. b. will not be opening the DWC lid again, will feed through port on top. c. added 4.5ml of H202 diluted in 240ml 6.0 PH water, top fed injection, to aid in preventing hydroponic mould. Day 10 - Noticeable growth overnight a. one plant seems to be exactly 2 days behind the other, maybe germination was longer for her? Day 11 - Foliar growth overnight a. today is reservoir water change out, new nutrients, 420 ppm, last dose of Pro Roots/GH Roots. b. used 20ml of 3% hydrogen peroxide when sterilizing the bucket, added in 15L fresh (left out overnight to rid of chlorine) 5.8 PH water. Day 12 - Foliar growth overnight Day 13 - Foliar growth overnight Day 14 - Foliar growth overnight a. working the PH a little for the DWC, setting it from now on to 5.7-5.8 PH with mineral water. Tap water seems too hard, has naturally high ppm and PH. DWC seems to like a PH around 5.7. b. added 1/2 teaspoon more Instant Yeast to CO2 rector, shook a little, fizzed up nicely, placed back in tent, next to DWC. 500ppm is based off of experiments I found online in the fish/aquarium world with same recipe am running. there may be really 900ppm because it has been stated that 400ppm is naturally in the air we breath. ***Week 2 is complete! Things are going well. The two plants look and are growing a little different.. both from same sealed AutoDinafem can, maybe I got lucky and got an OG Kush leaning phenotype, and a Haze 2.0 leaning phenotype!!

Week 3 is off to a really great start! The growth last week is tremendous! With GHE nutrients in a DWC it is literally set it and forget it. The earthy aroma inside the DWC smells like soil, I am guessing this is the Mineral Magic working its magic. The plants like the lower PH, 5.7 alot! If you run DWC, take it from Dr. Kratky keep the PH under 6. I use an electronic tester as well as a chemical test kit from GHE Outline: Day 15 = growing like a real weed!! (Thanks @DinafemSeeds for the AWESOME genetics!) a. I noticed that one of the ladies had some minor light burn (total spectrum LED was only 30cm away days 0-7) from the first week that she shot out of the root riot so fast! I clipped the damaged areas. I also subjected these ladies to nutrients day 1. Day 16 = added an additional BIG 6L CO2 reactor to the tent, extreme veg growth continues, closing off passive air intakes except for 1 hour a day for CO2 saturation. a. Recipe for CO2 reactor, 6L bottle with 2700 grams white sugar, 4L warm water, shake until dissolved, 2 teaspoons of activated instant yeast, and one ripe banana, poke many holes in bottle cap and place in tent. ill be adding another teaspoon of yeast, 200 grams of sugar and 300ml of water every week to this reactor. The 1L reactor is still pumping strong. when it is exhausted i will replace with additional 6L CO2 reactor. this recipe usually in most cases nets 700ppm of CO2 per week in a fish tank. ** Make sure to use a chopstick or something to stir or shake the 6L reactor everyday to fizz up, mine smells like banana rum every time I do.** b. Observing one plant skipped its 2nd set of 3 finger leaves and went straight to growing 5. c. Through the top feed port, the DWC smells like the purest soil I have ever smelled. Im using 4g/10L of GHE Silicate (Mineral Magic) along with GHE Pro Roots (black root sludge elixir from the gods). I think this is what is making the DWC smell so nice. d. Added 1L of nutrient solution, minus the GHE PRO Roots, to the DWC, the ladies have already drank about 1.5L of water. Nutrients are sitting at 500ppm, and the solution in DWC is always 19-20 degrees. Day 17 = explosive growth overnight - smells like kush in the tent. a. the plants are developing their finger leaves at the nodes, the height of the plants is increasing tremendously. b. the PH of my DWC is sitting at 5.9 this morning, I am planning on letting it sit there. c. i give the ladies 1hr of fresh passive air intake, after that its CO2 saturation for 23 hrs. I added 2 tsp of activated yeast to 6L CO2 reactor. The bubbles were many! d. the plants are showing no signs of nutrient dislike, so I upped the PPM to 580 with an extra 1 liter of 5.8 PH nutrient solution. Day 18 - growing really well! a. added second 6L CO2 reactor, same recipe as first. I removed the 1L germination reactor and added the contents into new 6L reactor and 3L warm water to total 4L in the tank. b. performed ist LST to train these ladies away from each other. Day 19 - more LST! a. plants are really liking the LST it seems, tons of growth around the nodes. I will be training the main stems diagonally away from each other. b. I will not be topping or FIMing these ladies. c. i removed the initial singular and triple fan leaves to allow for more light to the nodes. Day 20 - LST went well, the growth is noticable. a. I added 1/2 litre of nutrient mix, mixed at full 1L strength, 580ppm in DWC. b. The growth was extreme overnight, I performed more LST. I also trimmed a few of the fan leaves, minor light burn from LED being at 60cm. Day 21 - The ladies are responding well to LST a. PPM and PH are normal, DWC smells nice, not going to change the water this week. The amount of H202, GH Roots, Silicate that is in the DWC im not worried about problems. b. added 1/L cold nutrient solution mixed at 1L strength at NEXT weeks measurements to the DWC, 640ppm, DWC is 21.8 degrees, smells good.

Week 4 is here! The ladies are growing so well! I am training them away from each other using alternating days LST between the big girl and the little girl. I am also upping the nutrients to 620-650 this week. The DWC is full, smells good and is keeping its PH perfect on its own. I am still convinced this is because the amount of Mineral Magic and GH Pro Roots that is in the DWC. Day 22 - More LST, amazing growth. a. Nutrients were topped up yesterday with a stronger dose. b. I added 2 tsp of activated instant yeast to each of the CO2 reactors, they have enough sugar still. Smells like banana rum. Day 23 - Growth is great! a. added 20ml of 3% H202, hydrogen peroxide to the DWC. I changed the DWC water 11 days ago, and all still smells fine. I will let it go another week, then change to my long term flowering nutrient stack. b. removed one lower fan leaf from the little girl, it is buried under new growth not allowing the reflecting light to reach the underside of new branches. c. Big girl got more LST today, little girl will need some LST tomorrow. Day 24 - LST works!! a. Big girl handled the LST really well, she will be left alone today. Little girl gets more LST! b. Testing PH and PPM daily, no change today at 615ppm and 5.87 PH, the DWC is regulating itself. c. Big girl is filling out nicely, she is consistently 2-3 days ahead in growth compared to little girl, since germination! Day 25 - huge growth new branches - NO LST today, tomorrow. a. Big girl is growing fast, sticking her first pistils out already. b. Little girl has healed completely from her LST yesterday. c. removed 2 of the old large fan leaves to allow light to get further into the canopy. Day 26 - The most growth I have ever seen overnight a. performed more LST on both ladies, trying to create many top colas instead of just 1 in the end. b. looked at the root system, everything looks and smells great. it has been 14 days since DWC change, Im letting it go another week before changing to flower nutrient stack. c. removed a large old fan leaf from the big girl, it was blocking the new growth. Main stem still has 4 sets of fan leaves in tact! No signs of problems. d. added 1/2 litre of nutrient solution to the DWC mixed at 1L strength. The ladies are drinking and eating a noticeable amount right now. Day 27 - noticeable growth everywhere a. the ladies have both managed to drink about 1L over night, the foliage is flourishing. b. many new branches, with large knots at the bottom connecting them to flattened main stem. c. Big girl gets LST today on all branches to spread, Little girl maybe tomorrow or the next day. d. added 2tsp activated yeast to each of the CO2 reactors Day 28 - Big girl responded well to aggressive LST on all her branches a. both ladies are showing their pistils, getting ready for flowering b. added 1/2 litre of nutrient solution mixed at 1L strength to maintain 620-650ppm. Lightly introduced GH Pro Bloom today at .2ml/L c. the ladies are growing very well, no signs of any illness. The LST is working very well, the plants respond in king by growing massively. Week 4 was great! Saw the most explosive growth yet. I will be gradually introducing the GH Pro Roots over the next week. DWC will get changed at Day 35 for the full flower stack of nutrients. I will use 15 litres of nutrient solution at around 800ppm in the 20L DWC. I am still not 100% sure if I am going to ScrOG or not, im leaning toward not. The largest harvests of the OG Kush Autoflower by Dinafem on here do not use ScrOG, so I am leaning toward not, however I dont want the plants to get too big! Maybe supercropping at some point will be necessary.

DWC - The DWC smells good, there are no signs of rot or foul smells - I use 3% H202. I keep the temps under 22. The plants are doing great. Should I just add in my flowering nutrients and let it keep running, or should I disinfect and do a full change? Thanks in advance!

If all is well in my water and I’m switching to flowering that week I usually like to just add like a half dose of flowering nutrients to the existing water. This keeps the nitrogen going for the transition week. Then I change out the water to flowering the following week. Not sure if anyone else does it this way, just seems like the logical thing to do. I use a reservoir mostly though so I can go a bit longer with the same water. When I’m growing in just one or two bucket I tend to change the water since there is only a few gallons and add both veg and flower nutrients for the transition week then change it out the next week and only add flowering nutrients. Whatever is less work...lol but everyone will probably tell you to change it ritually every week. I don’t like wasting nutrients though and I use a lot of them, so I tend to let it ride longer then I should sometimes. Lol hope this helps! Cheers!💨

Hi there,ScrOG and LST are almost the same technique. The main purpose is to spread the branches as many as you can and make an even canopy. As long as you have space to tie down the branches, you can still continue LST.If you are interested, check my Organic Vs Inorganic diary.I use both methods for two plants, one strain .Happy growing... ✌️

Week 5 The ladies are growing very well. They respond nicely to mild LST with soft plant wire. I am hoping to have many colas on both ladies! The DWC is running well, the ladies are drinking over a litre a day. Have gradually been introducing GHE Pro Bloom, taking advice from fellow growers here on GrowDiaries. Lowered the LED to 50cm from the previous 60cm. Hoping to get more and more vegetation. Outline: Day 29 - Major growth overnight - DWC change today, introducing preflowering nutrients. a. used DSLR to capture images, will use it from now on. b. no LST today, the ladies are growing so well with the extra nitrogen I do not want to impede anything right now. c. There are fan leaves on here that are really large d. decided against using ScrOG on an auto, thanks for the advice GrowDiaries community! e. Sterilized the DWC, fresh water, fresh nutrients, 900ppm, roots look great! f. light defoliation, 2 or 3 old fan leaves from main stem. One is far larger than my hand! Day 30 - extreme growth overnight a. performed major LST today in the morning. b. topped off the DWC with 2L fresh mineral water, always 6.0 PH from the bottle, 720ppm in DWC. c. ladies healed in 5 hours from LST, these plants are super strong. Day 31 - great response to LST a. no LST today, ladies are responding well to training b. growth is very rapid c. added in 1L of nutrient solution mixed at 1L strength. d. added additional 6L CO2 reactor e. performed defoliation on the under canopy. Day 32 - growth all over, both ladies. a. light LST for stem that is shooting toward the light too fast b. added more yeast to the 2 older CO2 reactors, there are now 3 6L reactors actively producing CO2, smells like liquor. c. added 2L cold nutrient solution mixed at 2L strength. Day 33 - growth all over, both ladies. a. noticeable growth everywhere. b. performed supercropping HST on the 2 largest secondary stems, the main stems only get LST on each lady. Hoping to simulate the effect of an animal bending a branch, and forcing the plant to defending itself and flower more. c. at 2000 the ladies have already started stretching up from the HST. d. at 2000 the ladies got 2L of nutrient solution, topping the DWC up to 15L. They are drinking a litre each a day. Day 34 - need to defoliate large dark leaves a. removed many large fan leaves from underneath canopy on both ladies, do not want any wet spots amongst the leaves. b. photo at 0600, will capture photo at 1800 for progress. c. 12 hrs after light defoliation the plants have become more bushier. d. flowering has begun, long pistils are showing on both ladies. Day 35 - defoliation really worked well a. exponential growth from the first defoliation day 31 b. the ladies got 2L of nutrient solution today, will be moving to stronger flowering stage next week.

Week 6 The plants are growing rapidly. They need defoliation again. The plants are showing no signs of deficiency or problems. The LED is now at 40cm Day 36 - Ladies are growing very nicely, they are eating many nutrients. a. DWC smells great still, the mineral magic makes it smell like soil still. b. I will be continuing the Diamond Nectar until week 9 or 10. c. defoliation tomorrow Day 37 - major defoliation a. removed many fan leaves, the ladies are growing tall and wide. b. after defoliation the ladies got 3L of fresh mineral water c. removed original 6L CO2 reactor, it was completely alcohol, will maybe run it through the still to make pure alcohol. d. added 3L of nutrient solution to the DWC, the ladies are so thirsty, water level still 3cm from base of basket and 15cm from top of DWC. This is creating a misty layer all the time for the top of the root pool. PH 6.1, 680ppm. Day 38 - most growth I have seen overnight a. ladies are stretching upward rapidly b. the stems on the ladies are getting really thick, they are drinking close to 3L a day! c. no additional water or defoliation or LST today, just letting them grow a bit. Day 39 - stretching upward continues a. plants are in the flowering stretch, still plenty of grow nutrients in the DWC b. performed light LST on the main stems of both ladies, pulling them closer to the corners a little to open them up more to the light. c. I will need to perform more defoliation soon, they are growing many leaves fast. d. added 2L of nutrient solution, the ladies are drinking very much! e. tested nutrient solution 3 hours later, ppm was only 640, they are hungry. f. added 1L of nutrient solution mixed at 2L strength to raise ppm back up near 800. Day 40 - growth continues a. removed the 2nd CO2 reactor, it is totally alcohol! Built a new CO2 reactor, there are 2 in the tent. b. the ladies are growing so many leaves, I noticed few wet leaves, time to defoliate/lollipop a bit c. defoliation/light lollipopping on the lower parts of the plants, hoping to relieve the wet leaf issue and lower humidity. d. adjusted the fans inside the tent, also added a 2nd fan. Day 41 - stretching upward a. the ladies are stretching upward more and more, Big girl seems to be still about 2 days ahead of little girl b. they are drinking and eating alot, will give 2L of solution mixed at 4L strength to maintain a ppm 700-800. Day 42 - full steam ahead! a. the upward growth is extreme! The plants are getting very tall, I will have to affix light higher later on I think. b. humidity is rising a bit, the leaf growth is extreme. removed a few of the large buried fan leaves. c.removed the 2 CO2 reactors d. bud growth is rapid. many bud sites eveywhere. The plants have multiple main colas forming. Week 6 is over, the plants are doing really well! I will be doing more light defoliation next week, don't want to stress the autos too much. There will likely be more LST next week to give the large branches more light and space. They are drinking so much, trying to keep the ppm around 750-800ppm requires me to mix double strength nutrient solution. The DWC regulates itself at 6.2 PH. Flowering has begun, looking forward to this entire process.

Week 7 The ladies are growing rapidly upward. They are drinking many nutrients. I am keeping the 20L DWC filled usually with 15L. The plants are drinking about 3L of water a day now. I will be performing light defoliation and LST throughout this week.. Day 43 - stretching continues a. fed the ladies 2L of nutrient solution, 800ppm in DWC. b. flowering is occurring on both ladies, big girl is as always 2-3 days ahead. c. DWC is running nicely, smells like soil. d. more light defoliation of large fan leaves. Day 44 - many future buds are forming a. gave the ladies 3L of nutrient solution mixed at 2L strength, 780ppm in DWC. b. yesterday's defoliation is allowing more light into the plants c. the main stems are still tied back, LST, several of the secondary branches have risen up much higher on each plant, about 6 total. Day 45 - very healthy growth, big girl is flowering all over a. buds forming all over Big girl, little girl is about 2 days away from her explosion. b. gave the ladies 3L of nutrient solution mixed at 3L strength. c. moved fans down to the lower canopy positioned upward into the canopy of each plant to maximize air flow. Day 46 - buds are getting bigger a. ladies are looking nice, slowing down with the stretch. b. I removed a few more large fan leaves that were in the way c. everything is going well, 750ppm, 6.2PH in DWC Day 47 - minor adjustments to environment today a. bought the ladies out of the tent while they got very light defoliation (only leaves that had minor moisture build up b. moved the LED to the ceiling of the tent, 35cm from the top flower. c. moved the fans further upward and blowing into the canopy. this is my region's highest humidity months. d. added 3L of nutrient solution mixed at 3L strength, 6.2PH and a 800ppm in DWC. e. big girl's buds are getting larger and the hairs whiter. Little girl is not far behind. Day 48 - flowering a. removed the LST ties while I checked the root system, all looks and smells nice b. the ladies are drinking many nutrients, will feed tomorrow. c. added 2L of mineral water to top up DWC. Day 49 - flowering a. Little girl is starting to catch up to Big girls flowering. b. moved the light a little closer to little girl to get her pistils to grow more. c. added 4L of nutrient solution mixed at 4L strength. topping up the 20L DWC with 15L total, 850ppm Week 7 has ended and I think by the signs of the ladies I may have 2 different phenotypes of the OG Kush Autoflowering. They two ladies have grown differently since day 1. I hope this is the case! I would love to have some haze leaning and some OG leaning bud from one grow, fingers crossed I will. I will be upping the ppm to closer to 1000 for the next two weeks. The plants are showing no signs of stress. I perform some more light defoliation gradually next week, and also some LST once little girls starts budding properly. Week 8, day 50 begins tomorrow!

Week 8 The ladies have entered beastmode. They are still vegging hard, little girl is still consistently 3 days behind her sister since seed, but doing very well. I am hoping I have 2 separate phenotypes of these amazing genetics. Hopefully I get one harvest of Haze 2.0 Auto leaning Phenotype, and a harvest of OG Kush leaning phenotype. The stems on the plants are huge, the combined root system has occupied 1/2 of the entire 20L DWC, going as planned! They are eating plenty of nutrients. Last week maintaining 800ppm in DWC was a breeze with GHE nutrients, especially the extra silicate. This week I am going for 1000ppm, I will increase the entire stack of nutrients, not just bloom parts. The plants need more gradual defoliation. I have been performing very light defoliation every 3 days, the plants don't seem to care, and the humidity is staying below 60%. I am running my dehumidifier feature of my AC that drains outside, and everything is comfortable. The temperatures inside the tent never go above 23 or below 18. Day 50 - growth explosion a. Today little girl is really exploding her buds. Big girl's flowers are getting fatter everyday. Day 51 - DWC res change a. DWC is fresh, with new 15L of nutrient solution, 6.0 ph, 960ppm. b. Little girl still is not full flowering... starting to worry that something is wrong, i.e this is ruderalis, or this is a photoperiod plant. Day 52 - Asking Questions - community please help! a. little girl just keeps blooming more leaves... big girl however is making massive buds. b. added 4L of nutrient solution mixed at 4L strength, 990ppm 5.9ph c. am going to try the 18/6 light schedule to see if it helps little girl start flowering. Day 53 - Thank you Growdiaries community! a. So "Little girl" is becoming larger than "Big Girl" now, she is beginning to slowly flower, and it looks like she is going to be a giant! b. I was hoping I had different phenotypes, and the community here thinks I do! It would be so cool to have Haze 2.0 and OG Kush in one DWC! c. I moved the light up to the roof of the tent, little girls 2 main colas are 100cm tall, big girl is 90cm. The light is 20cm from the tops. d. shortening the light schedule to 18/6 may have helped little girl start showing more white pistils than leaves. She will be huge. Day 54 - different phenotypes, both flowering. a. added 3L nutrient solution to DWC, ppm 980, ph 6.0. Day 55 - looks like an Indica phenotype and a sativa phenotype a. on the 18/6 light schedule it seems the more sativa phenotype is wanting to flower b. the plants are still growing vegetation, very tall. The sativa phenotype looks like it has 3 individual sativa plants coming from the trunk. Day 56 - light defoliation a. the ladies each got some very light defoliation to prevent any wet spots in the leaves b. used LST on the main stems to bring them away from each other allowing more light to enter the bush Week 8 is over the two phenotypes are showing their traits We have many weeks ahead!

One OG Kush Autoflower by Dinafem is flowering and making buds great, the other not so much.... The conditions have been literally exactly the same for both plants. One of the plants just keeps "flowering" leaves... What is the problem? What should I do?

Wait up a lil longer. I have two plants, same strain from same breeder, in the same conditions and one took 2 weeks longer before starting to flower. You can try to lower temps a bit at night to simulate winter coming, reducing a bit the light schedule, in the end it all depends on the plant if its an auto. Hope she flowers soon, stay lit growmie.

Week 9 Flowering week 4, things are going well! The ladies are growing a bit out of control, may have to supercrop to keep them from hitting the LED. The plants are clearly different phenotypes. I am excited to see what happens. The Indica looking phenotype's buds are getting fatter everyday, its crazy to see how these grow. The Sativa looking phenotype's buds are more whispy and slower to grow. I will be adding in more Flora Bloom and double Mineral Magic this week, while halving the doses of FloraGro and FloraMicro. I am hoping this controls the stem growth a bit more, and focuses on building big buds. Day 57 - growing bushes now, not plants anymore. a. Added 4L of nutrient solution to the DWC, the plants are hungry. b. mild defoliation yesterday lightened up the inner overgrowth of the bushes. Day 58 - LST performed a. the sativa phenotype bush is growing out of control. b. performed LST on the sativa's 2 high main colas, pulled them away from the LED, responded nicely. Day 59 - flowers are getting larger a. gave the plants 4L of nutrient solution b. the extra bloom nutrient increase this week is noticeable, resin glands growing like sugar. Day 60 - HST performed a. The Sativa phenotype has grown 3 individual plants from the trunk b. the tallest of the 3 is reaching above the light, super-cropped her. c. The indica phenotype is nice and short and exploding its flowers d. added 2L nutrient solution to the DWC, has 15L. Keeping the DWC full at 15L during flowering. I want the ladies to be feeding at the same ppm level constantly e. 998ppm, 6.2ph. The DWC is regulating its PH itself with nutrient solution I use. The f. the increase in Mineral Magic is making the DWC smell more like pure dirt, and the Indica phenotype's buds are covered in sugar. Day 61 - the plants are producing many frosty flowers a. "Little Girl" AKA the Sativa Phenotype that is 3 shrubs now, is finally producing many flowers, 3 small colas forming. b. "Big Girl" AKA the Indica Phenotype is budding strong, her buds are fattening up, we have 6 large sugary colas forming. c. humidity is a constant 55%, this is as low as I can typically get it in my region for this time of year. I think ill be fine. d. HST super-cropping worked well on the tall cola of the sativa phenotype, the bud is curling back up toward the LED. e. added a few 500ml desiccant packs around the tent to keep humidity low. Day 62 - flowering continues - HST a. performed mild defoliation throughout the plants. b. super-cropped the 2nd of 3 of the Sativa phenotype main stems. c. The Indica phenotype looks great, just like Dinafem promised OG Kush would be.. the Sativa phenotype plant is just crazy huge! d. added 3L of nutrient solution to the DWC, trying not to ever let it get far below full. Day 63 - HST continues a. the 3rd main stem off of the Sativa phenotype has been supercropped. b. all 3 mains are getting very frosty. hoping HST help produce more! c. Buds are very frosty and full of resin on the Indica phenotype, my hands smell great after working on them. d. added 2L of nutrient solution to the DWC, just to keep it full at 15/20 litres. Week 10 is coming next!! Hoping to see massive flower bulking this week.

Week 10 Flowering week 5, The ladies are flowering well. HST super-cropping worked really nicely to stop the big 3 sativa shoots from getting too tall. The Sativa Phenotype's 3 main shoots are getting heavy with bud. The Indica Phenotype 5 main stalks getting hit by light are exploding. The flowers after the HST on the Sativa Phenotype are getting really frosty. The Indica phenotype is still getting fatter. Her buds are getting thicker everyday, they are covered in juicy resin. Im keeping my nutrients the same this week, still heavy on the FloraBloom and even heavier on the Mineral Magic. Hoping to have nice berry and citrus terpenes in the end. Aiming for around 1100ppm. Day 64 - Flowering continues, smelling nice a. there is a real citrus smell inside the tent. b. keeping the humidity between 50 and 55 with dry bags, and my AC on dehumidify. c. the ladies are shedding some small under the canopy leaves where there isn't much light. I remove them as I find them. d. added 2L of nutrient solution Day 65 - HST Sativa ladies buds are gaining weight a. added 2L of nutrient solution b. the HST sites are getting really thick, the stems are hardening, and the buds are covered in resin. Day 66 - Flowering continues a. added 2L of nutrient solution b. humidity is staying between 50 and 55%. Day 67 - Flowering continues a. added 2L of nutrient solution b. The shrubs have grown so large that it is hard to get a top view picture. Day 68 - Flowering continues a. added 2L of nutrient solution b. ppm is 1120, PH 5.8 Day 69 - Flowering is exploding a. added 2L of nutrient solution b. flowers are becoming engulfed in resin. Day 70 - flowering continues a. added 2L of nutrient solution, 1100ppm Week 10 has come to an end! I will be holding off with the Ripen until next week. Day 77 the DWC will be changed for Ripen. Week 11, bring it on!

Week 11 Flowering week 6 is here! This week the nutrients will be increased ever so lightly, only the Mineral Magic. Day 74 I will change out the DWC for GHE Ripen nutrients. I will use 3ml/L of FloraKleen 24hrs before I change the DWC. Day 71 - Flowering continues a. added 2L of nutrient solution b. lower foliage is gradually releasing itself from the plant. Day 72 - flowering exploding a. noticeable difference in flower size overnight b. added 2L of nutrient solution Day 73 - resin everywhere a. added 3ml/L of GHE Florakleen to the DWC, preparing for the DWC changeout tomorrow with GHE RIPEN. b. The ladies are stacking on the weight daily Day 74 - DWC changed out for ripening nutrients, GHE Ripen 5ml/L and GHE Pro Bloom .2ml/L a. first day of Ripen+Pro Bloom b. performed very light defoliation of large fan leaves and leaves that are already detaching from the lower branches. Day 75 - resin city. a. The plants are starting to really smell now. Very good. b. the resin on both plants smells the exact same. The plants have grown much differently, they have different bodies, but the buds are looking to smell the same. c. the resin is very dense all over the flowers and leaves. d. lower leaves are falling off, about 2 or 3 a day. e. I am removing any small dried leaves daily Day 76 - big bud growth overnight a. many colas everywhere forming after giving Ripen/Pro Bloom combo. b. added 2L of Ripen/Pro Bloom combo nutrient solution to the DWC. They are very thirsty. Day 77 - another explosion of growth overnight a. added 2L of Ripen/Pro Bloom combo nutrient solution to the DWC b. the supercropped plants are putting on huge weight. End of week 11! Bring it on week 12! (and hopefully 13!) The ladies are looking wonderful. The space inside the tent is, of course, cramped. Controlling the humidity has been a little of a battle, trying to keep it under 55%. Daily I am removing dead undergrowth leaves. Every time I see a dried leaf, I pull it. Overall the DWC is running very well. The changeout this week went very smoothly. The GHE Ripen/Pro Bloom combo has given me explosive results. The trichomes are mostly clear, some milky, no amber yet. I will use 1000x microscope next week. I will be pushing these plants until there is 50-80% amber trichomes, for the more couch lock/anti anxiety effect.

Week 12, flowering week 7 - Everything is going very well! I will be taking these flowers to the limit, going the long haul for amber trichomes! The ladies are putting on an extreme amount of weight. They are smelling very nice. The Sativa Phenotype and Indica Phenotype smell very similar! The resin is very thick all over the buds. The GHE Ripen/Pro Bloom combination is really exploding the bud growth and trichome production. I had a small bud come off during light defoliation, I let it air dry, smoked it... the taste was amazing!! like berries. Day 78 - Ripening continues, Day 4 of Ripening nutrients. a. the smell in the tent is extreme in a good way. b. very light constant defoliation of leaves that are slowly dying, and some obtrusive fan leaves c. The sativa phenotype, which has been heavily supercropped is producing massive resin drenched buds now, the Indica is still trucking along, looks to be a few days ahead of the Sativa phenotype. d. added 2L of GHE Ripen/Pro Bloom solution to the DWC Day 79 - flowering continues a. added 3L of GHE Rupen/Pro Bloom solution to the DWC. b. The indica phenotype is totally covered in milky trichomes, the Sativa phenotype is about 50% milky/clear Day 80 - resin is building a. Indica Phenotype trichomes are all milky, no amber in sight yet. b. Sativa Phenotype trichomes are becoming more milky white. c. every day I can tell a difference in the size/density of the buds. Day 81 - smelling strong a. the plants are really smelling strong. I am glad I am using carbon filter. b. added 3L of nutrient solution to the DWC today, Day 7 of Ripening nutrient stack. Day 82 - Buds are really dense a. the Sativa Phenotype plant's buds are becoming very dense like the Indica phenotype plant. b. The trichomes on the Sativa phenotype are becoming more milky, still no big sign of amber trichomes in the Indica phenotype plant. c. ppm shot up a bit to 1800, gave the plants 2L of fresh mineral water. will likely start the flush soon, in 2 days DWC will be changed for flush. Day 83 - home stretch a. The Indica Phenotype has a few amber trichomes popping up. b. The Sativa Phenotype's trichomes are very milky. Day 84 - End of week 12! a. the plants are doing well, everything smells like skittles candy. b. the plants didn't receive and additional water or nutrients, the DWC will be totally changed for flush tomorrow. It looks like the Indica Phenotype will finish first, the amber trichomes are appearing now. 40% and I will start harvesting that plant. The Sativa Phenotype still has mostly white pistils, and milky white trichomes, hoping to get 2 more full weeks of resin production.

Hi, for “couch lock” you want at least 20-40% amber trichomes on the buds. Good luck! ✌️🏻💚🌿

Week 13, flowering week 8 The plants are doing amazing! The flowers are becoming so dense, and covered in milky white/amber trichomes. The Sativa Phenotype's buds are getting very large, and heavy... She has always been a little behind the Indica Phenotype, but has grown a considerable more amount of bud. Day 85 - DWC changed for FloraKleen and mineral water a. I will flush the plants for one or two weeks. b. The trichomes on the Indica plant are slowly turning Amber, looking for that 30% amber before harvest. c. the buds smell like skittles candy and kush. d. PH has been a little low due to FloraKleen. e. I will be flushing with just one dose of FloraKleen, gradually lowering the water level until harvest. Day 86 - trichome microscopy a. using a digital microscope every morning to look at trichomes, the first glances of real amber trichomes are appearing. b. the plants are drinking a bit less water, leaves are yellowing in some areas. c. the humidity in the tent is staying 50-55%. d. got a UV filter for my camera to take photos with under light. Day 87 - mostly milky/few amber trichomes - buds are swelling a. we are at about 10% amber on the Indica, and 2% on the Sativa phenotype b. added 3L of PH 6 fresh mineral water to the DWC c. the buds seem to be getting bigger Day 88 - weight gain a. the buds are all really swelling up, it is incredible to see. b. I am seeing a few more amber trichomes this morning, could be a next week harvest. c. qwiso 2 lower indica and 2 lower sativa phenotype buds, each tasted amazing, and the effects were great! d. the plants are drinking a large amount of fresh water, I think they are enjoying the flush. Day 89 - lights are on a 12/12 a. plants are drinking alot of water, resin production is increasing b. I will not be watering these anymore, I will let them drink all the water in the DWC. c. amber trichomes are appearing, we are at 10% Day 90 - buds are getting dense, calyxes are exploding, lights on 12/12 a. the lower buds pistils are starting to turn orange b. the smell is immense, becoming too much for the carbon filters. Day 91 - snow covered buds, lights on 12/12 a. the buds are looking great b. will likely harvest next week, still observing trichomes Week 13 is over!! Bring on week 14!!

Week 14, Flowering week 9, flush week 2 The ladies are almost ready to harvest! We are going for the long haul here!! The DWC has about 6 litres of mineral water left in it, will let plant drink all. Indica phenotype plant is about 10% covered in amber trichomes, the rest are milky white. Sativa phenotype plant is abput 90% milky and 10% amber also. The light schedule will remain 12/12, with 48 hours of darkness before harvest. Harvest will likely happen this week, checking trichomes every morning while dark. Day 92 - resin explosion from 12/12 lighting a. I remove a few large fan leaves here and there that are drying up. b. the plants are eating all the nutrients from the leaves c. some of the small lower tiny buds I make bain marie qwiso, tastes incredible. Day 93 - getting very close, they are stinking soooo loudly a. the trichomes are at 15-20% amber on the Indica Phenotype and 10% on the Sativa phenotype b. all trichomes are milky, rarely see a clear Day 94 - need to harvest tomorrow a. its time, the DWC is nearly empty, the ladies have been in the dark, the hash I make is banging, time to harvest. Day 95 - Harvest Will create harvest week when buds are all dry

Week 15 - Harvest Week! Day 96 - 105 - buds dried for 9 days a. 122g into the Boveda box with 62% Boveda 64g pack b. 34g of usable trim for resin/hash/butter The live resin I have made, has been amazing. Great taste! I will provide a smoke report in 2 weeks once some curing has happened. I am growing another great OG Kush Auto for my next diary! Check it out!! Thank you GrowDiaries community for all the help! - Smoke Report Has been 14 days since I harvested the plants. They have been dried and started to cure properly. I sampled the buds at days 10 and 12 from chop, could tell it was not quite there yet. The trim has continued to be a pleasure, the trichomes are nice, and the resin is golden. The effects intensify with every run. The morning of day 14 from chop, everything changed, an explosion of flavor and aroma from the bud. It smells/tastes so much like Kush & Skittles. Her psychoactive effects are 100% top shelf now. Robson St. quality. Very long lasting effects, and an enjoy to smoke anytime. Certainly more Indica leaning. I let my ladies grow a little longer than recommended, judging the harvest time only on trichome appearance from microscope. 90 plus days seems to be the target. Two plants, which grew totally different, in identical conditions, produced buds of identical quality and effect. Thank you Dinafem for taking all of the hard work out of this for us hobbyists. Plants are amazing magical creatures! Give these fine seeds light, water and food and their genetics will do the rest!! On to the next grow! God Bless Swiss -- DAY 30 SMOKE REPORT -- It has been 30 days since cut down the plants, and what can I say, Dinafem's OG Kush Auto is so great to smoke! This is easily 19/20% THC, and a real joy to smoke! I have more of these seeds, and I will certainly grow it again. Thank you! Swiss -- DAY 45 SMOKE REPORT -- The buds are cured perfectly, I have made it about half way through the harvest, and week by week it just keeps getting better. Next time I grow this strain I will use a larger environment to grow more, so to put some of this away for long curing. Good Luck! Swiss
