Indica_Jones Finally, the time has come GORILLA ZKITTLEZ my highly anticipated strain. The packaging, in contrast to Sensi Seeds, doesn't appeal to me at all. Visually not really attractive, the seeds all looked fine and were carefully inserted 1 cm into the Jiffy with tweezers 😜, moistened, and into the Veg tent (HomeBox Ambient Q30) with the (Bloomstar HabibiBoard) stored for 18 hours 😜. Are you as excited about the strain as I am?! Happy Growin!

Indica_Jones The germination rate is at 40%, 2 out of 5 Gorillas are showing their little heads. I ordered more from Barneys Farm and hope the seeds arrive as soon as possible. It's really frustrating for the first seeds from Barneys Farm in my tent. However, the two seedlings are developing quite well. The other three just suddenly stopped developing after they popped and stretched their root tips out of the capsule.

Indica_Jones Unfortunately, the new seeds still haven't arrived this week; I hope they'll be here by Monday. I gave the seedlings double the amount of water at the beginning of the week in the hope of slowing down their growth a bit until the new seeds arrive. They should really be in the 1-liter Airpot by now; it's really annoying.

Indica_Jones Finally, the new packet of seeds arrived! This time I put them in Easyplugs and placed them under a heating mat 😊 After two days, the little heads popped out 😊 Since another Skittlez has given up the ghost, I raised 3 more seeds!

Indica_Jones This week, the new seeds really took off! Either it was the Jiffis that caused the first seeds to have so many problems, or the Easyplugs in combination with the Airpots are boosting the growth extremely 🙂 I've never had seedlings go straight into the growth phase after just one week!

Indica_Jones I'm really excited about the Airpots, the well-developed root balls and the growth are truly impressive 🙂 after two weeks, all 4 ladies were able to move into the 20 L Airpot 🙂 I'm curious! The seedling in the middle has unfortunately passed away, so now there's one lady left from the old batch of seeds, which means the germination result is crumbling low! 20% 🙁 but I had a 100% rate with the new batch.

Indica_Jones Now the headache is finally over, and as a conclusion, we can say that I will only be growing seeds with Easyplugs from now on. The ladies will be topped in the middle of next week  if they continue to develop this well, we can soon go into flowering.

Indica_Jones Gorilla Zkittlez 😄 Everything is healthy and stress-free 😄 finally, it's going well and the initial head rush is somewhat forgotten when I see my babies every day 🙂 I started this week with half the dosage. But I had to notice that they needed a bit more; one of the four had slightly twisted leaves, but by the end of the week, that's pretty much gone. It was watered twice, once with half the portion of the Hesi nutrients and again in the middle of the week with a full dose 🙂 the leaves are now growing evenly without any waves 🙂 I haven't topped them this week yet because I felt they could still use a little time to recover.

Indica_Jones At the beginning of the week, the babies were watered with 10 liters of water without fertilizer, the pH was 6.5, and they immediately started to show deficiencies! I then fertilized with the full dose of Hesi Chema, and they quickly recovered! Today (Saturday), I switched the light to 12/12; let's see how they do in the pre-flowering stage :) I'm definitely excited and really proud that I was able to fill my entire SCROG net with shoots again.

Indica_Jones I noticed this week that I made a mistake :) after I added fertilizer to the water, I adjusted the pH and then had to realize that the plant showed deficiencies that I actually only recognize from the bottled pH value :) I have now stopped correcting the pH after I add the fertilizer to the water since the Hesi products do that themselves :)

Indica_Jones New week, new problems 🙂 either they turned purple due to the temperature or because of pH issues, but I believe it was more likely the temperature at night that caused it! Other than that, they're developing very well. Today they got lollipopped, and I'll be defoliating further during the grow, which you'll read about in the report 😉 They are definitely quite thirsty. Next week, I'll be adding the Hesi Boost again. On watering days, I divide 15 liters of water among 4 plants in 20-liter pots.

Indica_Jones This week was relaxed, I could nicely watch my babies grow thicker without any problems :) The smell is very pleasant and makes me dream :) so far, the buds are developing very nicely, next week Phosphor Plus and Bopost will be added, from then on they should explode in width :) in the meantime, I'm distributing 200 L of water to the four babies every 3 days! I'm also continuously removing the sun sails :)

Indica_Jones This week I had the idea to just install my no-name grow light directly on the pots so that the lower buds also get some light. Two 5-watt fans were also installed underneath the plants. They're still thirsty!

Indica_Jones My four babies are continuing to develop well, they're getting thicker and prettier by the day :) I find the smell to be quite sweet and really very tasty :) Midweek, I spread a bit more Plagron Lightmix on the pots since the roots were already starting to sprout out of the pot due to the Airpods. I'm still defoliating by cutting off the sun leaves that take up too much light.

Indica_Jones DFIe buds are developing really well :) this week was relatively relaxed since I mainly just had to water and removed one or two sunshades to ensure enough light reaches all the buds, but unfortunately, I'm not done with that yet :)

Indica_Jones It feels to me like they've gained mass in the last two weeks :) I think I owe that to the constant defoliation. Next run, I'll definitely try the Schwazzing method! From now on, I'm flushing; the trichomes on one plant look promising, beautifully amber :) I hope by next week the other 3 also have amber trichomes coming in, otherwise I'll wait and let them ripen :) so they won't be able to get me off the couch later :D

Indica_Jones This week I flushed my babies with ice-cold water. At the beginning of the week, the temperature was -1 / 0 °C. Midweek, unfortunately, I couldn't get the water quite as cold, but it was still pretty cold at 4.3 °C :) Today they saw light for the last time, and now they've been in the dark for about 2 days and will be harvested afterward :) I completely left out the fertilizer from Hesi.

Indica_Jones Today they were harvested! and hung on the Scrog net. Now they will stay in the tent for 7 days to dry, then they will go into the brown jars!
Plant 1)
1.1 kilos wet
Plant 2)
900 grams wet
Plant 3)
630 grams wet
Plant 4)
600 grams wet
After 7 days in darkness at 18° and 45% humidity, they were transferred to the brown jars today! 1623 grams is a decent amount =) let's see if I can break my current record with the next run!
Since I was lucky and have 4 different phenotypes, the taste won't get boring over time as they differ quite a bit.
Phenotype 1 is very sweet with small purple buds.
Phenotype 2 is not quite as sweet, lighter in color with thick buds.
Phenotype 3 is spicy and fruity with smaller mutant buds.
Phenotype 4 is fruity with thick buds.
The high is very potent and even knocks me out as an experienced smoker; after excessive consumption, headaches can be expected, which is the case with every high-THC strain for me at least!
Beautiful looking buds. Super frosty and full of sticky goodness. Can't wait to see the final harvest results. Keep up the amazing progress. Good luck stay safe happy growing cheers!!!!
