I am just starting flower with this strain also from Growers Choice. I have let mine grow straight up and the bottom branches kept right up with the main canopy. It’s a hardy plant.

I have 4 of the same strain. So far they are doing great. Getting tall (one) the other 3 are not as tall. More bushy, but that's my fault. I am just trying LST on them. I also am going organic so I've been just watering. Goodluck. Hit me up if you need anything

@PREPPYPUNK, That light is probally like 150-200 real watts Maybe. Amazon and ebay scam ppl. It doesn't even show the real watts on there.

@@HobbitGDF, this strain is in the small catagory on the website and the weak light i was using stretched the plants really tall and produced popcorn buds. amazing out of this world smoke but small buds and giant plant. for 7 bucks this new light has them looking like the pictures. it could all still go to shit but unless you totally ignore the thing, weed is super resiliant esp these ruderales auto flowers. ggood luck!

@@HobbitGDF, heres the light on ebay, its unbranded and you have to keep it 18 inches above the plant so its a 2-3 plant mak kind of thing very close to eachother

@redwookiee, I also am now letting the plant grow straight up. I know it has more potential to thicken up and spread out upwards with the training I did early on. Finally starting to see white hairs out the pistons on the top. Will update my pics today on all three I have growing. Also am starting to sprout a gorilla glue by GC.

i am growing 2 critical purple's from growers choice and our plants do not look similar. i have grown critical purple to harvest 3 times and each time i spend more on lights. the current light is a 2000 watt led unbranded from ebay that cost like 70 bucks. i know very little about what i am doing but i am using foxfarm big bloom all the way through. one of the plants started to bud at like week 2 and i suspect it has something to do with my gangster light.

@Barebaby, i used a super cheap ;ight for 2 grows and couldnt figure out why they grew so tall and took so long to finish. this new light is like 67 bucks i think and they started budding like faster than lightning. growing 10x faster. 18 inches above the plants is a must so it looks to be a 2-3 small strain plants like this critical purple at about 2-3 ft and the candy kush i think growers choice calls it grows 2 feet and its just all buds so im trying that next. peace!

@PREPPYPUNK,mine is growing very slow and I have a weak growing light i think once I upgrade to something more powerful I'd get a different result. I'm also a new grower and and learning as I go.

I am also growing the same strain from the same place you got yours..... Looks like we are close in the same cycle of growth or pretty close.

im growing same thing. 9 weeks ans 7. i didnt lst which i wish i would have. foxfarm big bloom only and organic soil. they started to flower right away amd have never gone past 12 inches tall which is suppsed to be 2-3 ft. i followed mfr suggested distance from light and with one month of flower ledt i lowered the light from 18 to 9 inches with fans blowing. its about 80 degrees as i was able to get temp from top bud. so if anything, next time im going to lst and pay way more attn to light distance.Good luck to you!

I got the same plant growing and the trunk is Size of a Bick lighter and it’s 10 and a hafe inch tall and 13 inch wide and it’s 5 weeks
