I switched back over to cfls. The 2 Meizhi 450 don't have enought blue to grow autos.My pineapple express never changed in 4 days and 12 hours under the cfls and they doubled in size and also during my last grow I staggered my 6500k and 2700k bulbs and the plants always lean twards the 6500k bulbs.
This week I feed the pineapple express 2 mls micro and 1 ml bloom.
The plants responded very well to the cfl's. I've noticed the cfl's make a huge difference in the structure of the plant compared to other growers using hps and led.
If I had the option I would go with 24 6500k instead of the 6500 and 2700 k at 50/50.
I've noticed the 50/50 is keeping them a little short.I still haven't received my ppm or ph meter yet.shipping from China 35 to 65 days and still using strips.
Day 33
I put in my 2 - 450 watt meizhi along side my 24-50/50 cfl's 6500k and 2700k and i made a mistake with my Kool bloom and put 4 mls instead of 1 ml per gallon.
Flushed the plant on day 37. Feed as posted...since my fan is blowing thru it is really turning purple.I still haven't received my ph meter yet but got my buddies and went to Calabrate it and got a reading of 7.4 on my water and then tested vinegar and got 3.6 not 2.4 then the ph meter wouldn't turn back on so I'm taking a guess and saying my water is at 6.i decided to feed one nutrients each watering to catch my ph without using ph up or down..The CM is looking a little over watered but really showing color.Nice purples on the flowers, leaves, stock and stems.
March 2nd.
I flushed My Pineapple express today all of the ladys were showing signs of nitrogen toxicity. The leaves were dog legging and the tips went Into a sever curl downward after after a light watering.
On day 44 I feed the pineapple express 3 ml micro, 1 ml bloom, 1/2 ml Kool bloom and 1 ml cal mag.
Day 45 the CM is starting to smell a melon.I tied her open just a bit..still not much room in the closet but just enought to get some extra needed light down into my girl.Im having ph problems as you can see and am pissed about not receiving my ph meter and other items I order from chine for this grow.I botched my first grow bc i didn't have a ph meter and calmag and don't want it to happen again.I got a full refund and order from amazon I'll have my ph meter and 60x magnifier for some serious close up picks of my purple princess.

I've started smoking off the CM on day 50.I can't help it....it's just inviting.Got my ph meter on day 52....the house water has a ph of 6.8. With the posted feeding took the ph down to 6.09. The pineapple express just started to flower so I figure they should do much better then the CM knowing now the ph will be perfect for flower.
Day 53 I order Humboldt secret golden tree....hope it's as good as they say.
I never receive a ph meter until the last week b4 harvest. .because I never receive my ph meter and other items from China. it pritty much ruined this girl on me. 8 weeks was to soon for the harvest..I had issues with my leds bc i guess 3 inches away is to close...bc the girl turned purplish...the damage from the led on the leaves went unnoticed and rust spots on the leaves and on the side of the leaves...I'm sure tho if I had of let it go another 3 weeks it would have been perfect...
8 weeks old and she's finished for me I figure it could have used 2 more weeks easy...but temptations.love the color and smell...it's a bit sweet in smell with a canalope/melon smell...The smoke report due to nutrients in the plant and fast dry method I can't really give an accurate report...but all I can say is it still taste good.
