IvanPalma 24 hours in a wet napkin. They have been placed in 7 L pots each with stones at the bottom for good drainage, by the second day they were already showing sprouts.

IvanPalma I moved one of the plants that hasn't grown like the others; I placed it in the center under the light to see if it improves. Overall, the grow is going well; I have a heater that keeps the temperature between 20 and 22 degrees, and during the night, it has dropped to 19 degrees. I water every 4 days with 1 liter of water. The bulb I'm using is an 800W LED.

Could I leave the exhaust tube of the extractor inside the same room? Since having it out the window is cooling the room a lot and keeping the heater on for longer. I use LED light.

Hi! OFC you can exhaust in to the same room as the tent is. Sometimes it might bring problems with heat and humidity in the room but if those are not a problem then go ahead, that's what I'm doing too

IvanPalma The Purple Bud didn't develop and died, I suspect it was due to overwatering since the LED lamp requires minimal watering. I replaced it with an automatic one that I just germinated, Chronic XXL, and I'll place it at the edge since they are all feminized. The other plants look strong and have big leaves. This time I watered them with only 600 ml instead of 1L per plant and just water.

IvanPalma The plants are doing very well. Next week I'll put up the net to do a bit of SCROG. The autoflowering one I planted alongside them is just starting to grow, but it seems to be doing fine. I've had to change the light schedule. It was turning on at 6:00 AM and off at 12:00 AM, but I've switched my electricity plan to a cheaper rate at night, so I adjusted the timer to turn off during the day and on at night. I don't know if it will affect them, but one day they'll have 34 hours of light. I thought about doing it one hour a day, but I'll do it all at once. I hope they don't get stressed. As of today, all the plants are between 17 to 20 cm tall.

Grow Questions

IvanPalmastarted grow question 6y ago
Today I just realized that the light didn't turn on at the scheduled time and they stayed in the dark for 13 hours. Should I just leave them and let it turn off at the right time, or compensate for the hours of light they missed? Do you think they will get stressed? They're almost in week 4 of growth 18/6.

Just return to your normal lighting schedule, giving them extra light to compensate for the missed hours of light will just confuse them further. Plants need a few days of 12/12 to initiate flowering and just one long night at the wrong time, should not affect your plants adversely. Hope this helps..... Organoman.

IvanPalma The plants have stretched quite a bit these days, everything is going very well, very strong plants, and I've tried to do SCROG with just one day of bending the branch, the next day it's straightened up and has allowed the other branches to also receive light, so they've grown really well.

IvanPalma The plants are doing very well in their first week of flowering, I'm still using the top grow and now I've added a bud fattening agent since the first week of flowering.

IvanPalma In the second week of flowering, I’ve tied down a couple of really big leaves to the branch because they’re blocking the other plants. Now I’m only using the bud fattening agent. I’ve had to keep the heater on because with the 12 hours of light, the room is getting really cold, and the temperatures have dropped to 16 degrees. I prefer not to stress them, but other than that, they’re doing well. I’ve also noticed that some of the big leaves at the bottom seem to be rotting or getting very weak and just falling off on their own.

IvanPalma The flowering is going well, every watering I’m removing leaves that are falling off. I tied some branches with a string to keep them a bit more compact.

IvanPalma You can tell that the buds are getting fatter. Since I have plants of different kinds, it's noticeable that the indicas are almost at their end. On the other hand, I've placed the indicas at the back of the grow, as they take the longest. Overall, they all have a lot of strength, but with each watering, I pick up a couple of leaves that have fallen off on their own. In the end, I removed the scrog and left them without it; I've only supported a few branches, but I think they're doing really well. In two more weeks, 2 of these plants will be ready for root washing.
