Entering the 3rd week she is looking good. I was going to keep her outside only but decided to give her the nights in the tent to get an extra 8 hours of light while she grows vegetative growth.
Entering the 4th week looking good. I removed some fan leaves to open up more sides branches that have started filling in. At the end of the week I decided to experiment and do a main-lining of sorts. Curious to see how she responds, first time trying main-lining technique.
First time main-lining, and decided to try on my auto. So far she is responding fast, 2 days since I topped and her new mains are growing upwards. Hope flowering holds off another week so they can gain some height. So far so good.
Coming to the end of the week she is looking really great. The the 4 lines are filling in really great. side branching on all of them. She got up to 10" which is great. Pistil production is not really picking up yet. She looks very promising.
This girl is filling in really great. Super happy how well she has responded to the main-lining. It delayed flowering to week 7 which is great compared to the first Jack Herer I grew. Also have this one in an Air-Pot and that really makes a huge difference. Allows for far better root development and a healthy pre-flowering plant is the result. All in all, working out great and looks like she will be considerably bigger then the first run. All good things 😎
Entering the 8th week and she is really doing fantastically!
When compared to the first Black Jack I grew, with just LST, the differences are clear and impressive. The bud sites are easily 4 times as much. She is almost as tall as the first one was when I harvested her, and she is still only just beginning to flower. More stable and way easier to maintain after the mainlines are established. Super impressed and happy with the results and will absolutely utilize this technique more in future. Great results and super excited to see how big she gets to finish budding. All great things.

She is becoming a monster! Which is awesome. The mainlining really made a huge difference for her overall production. My first Black Jack I just simply LST the main stem and that was about it for training grew to 15" after 12 weeks. This girl is already 15.5" and still getting taller, the bud sites are just way better and should fill in great, excited! Cheers 😎💪
Kicking off the 10th week and she is looking really great. Buds filling in and she is quickly getting thick with coverage from the 4 way mainline. Took a cutting from the side that needed to be trimmed anyway. Gonna experiment and try to get it to root and then spray with Silver Colloidal to try and get some Black Jack female pollen. But it is probably to far along for that, but definitely wont hurt to try. All good things.
Entering the 11th week she is looking great. Love how well the mainlining auto worked out. Silver Colloidal application to a side branch going for female pollen. Bud sits filling in very nice and getting frosty. 😎💪👌
Entering the 12th week and she is looking and smelling great. Lots of bud sites developing nicely. Super happy with how well the mainlining worked out for this auto. And still few more weeks still to finish up! Cheers 😎

Coming into the last week and she is really looking great. So happy with how well she responded to mainline. I love the 4 way mainline and will definitely be utilizing that technique again. Compact buds, not super big but looks and smells great. Smoke is great as I already know from growing this strain before, but this time the nutes were more on point and the 4-way mainline worked super well so I am excited for the larger harvest.
This was a great experience, my3rd Auto plant. As soon as it showed its first pistils I topped it and mainlined the new top two nodes into a 4 way mainline. The plant recovered very well and began flowering and filled out great and filled in evenly. Buds are not super big but compact and quality. Smoke is great, nice steady high. Success! Cheers😎
@HAPPY91, Excellent, I am quickly becoming a fan and will check it out, thanks! I am currently working 1 photoperiod into a kinda main-lining. I already did some LST and so that made the traditional mainline difficult but its all good and the plants are growing so I am happy. It is great how diverse this beautiful plant is 😎
@Troy_Farms,I very much enjoy main-lining. If your going to do it on photo period plants I recommend Nugbuckets style. I have tried different ways of mainline and it's my best so far. But everybody has a preference.

digging the 4 branch mainline! super inventive, i experimented with the same thing on my tropicanna poison. it yielded over half a lb by itself, guess the 4 branch works haha
@tokesly, Awesome man! Yeah it is definitely the strongest training ive found in my training. If only I was able to grow out of a tent bigger then a 2x2 HAHA. All good though, work it out 😎😎

She was amazing! I have since used this strain and bred a beautiful new autoflower strain and really loved the characteristics of these buds. I top all my autos and do it around week 3ish or so. Sometimes week 4. If I see first pistils (typically show on top of plant first) then I will top and I noticed that delays the flower by around 10 days and so the plant has time to recover before going into full flowering. It is stressful but Marijuana is a stress loving plant and so it actually responds better to stress as it promotes more growth.
