This late in flower there's no reason to continue doing more heavy defoliation. The last big defoliation should happen around the second week after u flip to flower. Let them grow out they are looking happy and healthy! Will be a nice run. 🤘😤

if the plants are looking great and healty then they don't need anything, if you see any symptoms of deficiencies then go ahead and supplement, but why mess with something that is already doing well. stay lit growmie.

its worth it if you have spots with less lighting and the light happens to be unevenly distributed, then adding those extras can give an extra boost for the plants not getting as much light as their peers. Stay lit growmie, only you can notice if its worth or not, if some plants are just slower in some certain areas of the tent where light may not reach that well then adding that one can help out.
