It's been already one week and gosh ! I forget to dim up my led ! so she have stretche quick so I had to train her down but it's ok now and it gonna give her a funny shape.
Anyways she is beautiful, love her green. Will start in the coming week to use the nutrients and enhancer.
Planning is : Week 2 Nutrients and enhancer and week 3 we will start the LST

Week 2 ! She keep growing and seems very happy almost 5 colas for 10 stems that's the target before starting the LST so we are good :)
I dim my led panel at 50% currently and I will not increase before end of LST and starting the flowering in 2 weeks.

I started the week by performing the LST on the laughing buddha and at the end of the week as you can see she have already recovered.
all the colas exposed to light are turning into main colas.
I thing I'm gonna switch into flowering in 1.5week

Hope you are doing well, another week have passed for the laughing buddha and she have grown very nice, the flowering is starting.
I defoliate a bit and LST some stems to be sure all the buds are receiving enough light.
She start to smell a bit when you squize her gently.

Another week and the flowering keep his way, the buds start to be a bit frosty and she smell insane.
That's what make the laughing into my favorites strains, her smell is very insane either during the flowering or after the curing. It's one of the plant when you open the jar you have a big smile on your face.

Hello guys,
I would love to be able to share with you the smell. The laughing buddha is incredible for this during the flowering and even after the drying she keeps a very strong candy smell.
I have defoliate the plant a bit, I love to remove the leaves at the Weeks 3 of the flowering. It's a very good time not too early to be efficiant and not too late to stress the plant.
She is very shinny and i can't wait for the harvest.

As you can see the buds are growing, i love the color of her leaves, very deep green. Nothing comparable with the 2 others i'm growing also.
The smell is getting stronger as well.
For the moment nothing much to say it's all about watching and enjoying.

Another week has past and the buds keep growing and getting bigger. At this stage it's more about sitting down and enjoying the view.
I think she gonna need another 4 weeks to fully finish the run.
She have a very strong smell and I love it. The laughing Buddha is one of the weed that keep her strong smell even after the drying and curing.

For some of you who have been in Italy I present you the leaning tower of Pisa xD, Actually I have cut the rope that I used for the LST that's why she have this weird form.
I did it because the plant was starting to push a little bit too much on it and I was afraid to hurt the plant.
Otherwise she is absolutely gorgeous ! Strong smell, the buds are getting dense and shinny.

The week is passed and we are almost at the harvest point.
I ve started the flushing process, I usually take time to get 15 days of flushing.
The buds are very dense and she have a very strong smell, some colas start to have a deep colors.

I'm growing the laughing buddha for 2 good reasons : first one I love barney's farm seed, there is no surprise only strong and stable strain, second one and the most important it's my wife's favorite strain.
It's a very nice Sativa to enjoy with people, you get uplifted, it give you a feeling of happiness, very sociable. Citrus tastes. would recommend it for a first time smoker.
I'm very happy with this grow, it was a very relax grow session. The kind with no issue it's only the plant and I taking care of eachother.
The only point maybe it's that I tried a new shape for the LST and I think it was usuless, I should stick to the shape I usually do that you can find on my grow : ICED GRAPE FRUIT

@Tarquin, No only the panel on the top. 2/6 panels on at 50%. I keep it low as it's a Sativa she will double her size as soon as she start flowering, this week I also start the LST.
