Wait a couple days to see if she grows out of it, sometimes they are freaky at birth but straighten themselfs out later on.
Consider if you are not overwatering, if the ph is correct, if temps and humidity is correct and check the light distance aswell, make sure everything is good, and if she starts getting more and more yellow it might be the plant that needs nitrogen.
It also appears to be a hole in the soil in the bottom portion of the soil while looking at the provided picture, are you watering right on top of the plant? If you are doing this, don't as you will hurt the roots by leaving wholes like that wich expose the roots, try using a water bottle with some holes in the cap and gently sqezing it so the water doesnt come out with too much pressure, this way you can water right on the side of the plant without moving or risking damaging the roots.
Stay lit growmie and good luck.
