hi, yeah your are right about too much water and and excess nutrients. In the first 2 weeks of seedling and even a week after, the plant gets its food from the 2 fatty rond leavces, choleidons, and its only needs humidity. I do lots of gardenning and growing lots of plants from seeds. However I did have a similar problem to you. I was wrong, not about the excess water or nutrients, but about the soil that was too dense . Therefore any water becomes too much. your plant looks great, you are right. you can be surprised by autos at times.... Enjoy!
