The upwards pointing is known as praying. It's usually a good thing. The leaves are correctly positioning themselves towards the lights.
Leaves remaining in this position all the time can be an indication of overwatering / high humidity.
If you see the leaves curling inward, the plant may be too close to the lights. If they're green and luch - you've hit the sweet spot.
There are however some pretty nasty looking serrations starting on the leaves, as well as the discolouration. This looks like both a defencify and burn at the same time!
Try adding some extra Cal-Mag to your Flora solution mix. Monitor the results, changes in new growth leaf colour over the next few days. Worse or better?
Lower you mix for a few weeks, or feed only PH'd water ->
You need to hold off the nutrients at this stage. The soil should have had enough life in it to support the plant for the first few weeks of growth, with minimal additional nutrients required.
It will need to get used to it's soil before you whack it with extra food. Raise your PH from 6.5 to around 6.8 at the earlier stages too. Have a good read up on mobile and immobile nutrients and how they work with the plants.
