Fixed the light problem and stopped giving it Miracle Gro nutrients( didn't realize at first that its just not good until I started to see spotting on my leaves! I also noticed the light was too close so now the tips of the leaves are healing very well!

Stems getting fatter and my LST worked its knotting up on the main stem

This week has been a huge learning curve for me and the plant, first she was showing signs of spider mites or aphids I thought. Then I ended up moving the LED light further away and l also have been using a fan constantly now maybe she was getting to hot from humidity or maybe it's bc I caught a ladybug 🐞 and she is in the pot at night then I put her back into her house during the day. Any really good nutrients that are easy to use and very inexpensive? I haven't given any nutrients but I do give it purified warm water. Thanks for any help that is given. 🌱💯✌️
