The plant looks like its growimg pretty slowly and its getting rly tall but the leaves arent growing help pls, i think its because of the cold weather thst is happening right now, its still getting great sunlight everyday but the weather is super cold. The plant has 7 days

Make sure she gets plenty of light, little to no wind, only water when the soil is already dry, make sure the ph is around 6.5, if u can't measure it then may i suggest bottled water? and if she still doesn't grow altho you're doing everything correctly, then you should consider getting new soil.
