My first Hydroponic grow - LINFA WEEZY!

Mr_ROCKET For this winter, I bought Linfa Weezy (Robonica) as my first indoor integrated system. I am so excited to see how my plant will come out, given the (little) grow space. Linfa Weezy is optimised to exploit its 0.15 m2 grow area at the best. I skipped germination week because I wrongly tried to germinate seed directly into final medium (coco) but too cold temperatures made 4 out of 5 seed die. Luckily, one of them survived and sprouted so, for the moment, I will only grow that, learning hydro technique and then in the future, planting some new one. At the moment, Im trying to germinate in paper towel 4 Auto Gelato (Female seeds) but, if they go well, I will track them in this diary. P.S.: Linfa Weezy does not need you to manually fertilise as it automatically does it by dedicated capsules.

Mr_ROCKET Second week. Purplematic CBD is growing nice and healthy! I have planted 4 Auto Gelato from Female Seeds to better exploit Linfa, so now they are roughly more than 1 week younger than Purplematic (one of those 4 Auto Gelato has sprout only today, so I'd say 2 weeks for it). Linfa Weezy is so easy to use that I can completely forgot about my plants. Keep updated for future info!

Mr_ROCKET Another week has passed. Purplematic CBD is perfectly growing and she is finally showing sex (with some nice purple calixes)! I guess she will be starting stretching next week. Auto Gelato are nicely growing too, with different growth rates: one of them is still a seedling and I guess she will not survive to fertilizers set for Purplematic CBD age. I have installed SCROG net because Purplematic will be flowering soon. Looking forward for next week! Stay tuned!

Mr_ROCKET Week #4 has gone. Plants are looking super healthy and green! (First time of my life with no yellow leaves at all!!) Purplematic CBD is in flowering stage now with a lot of long pistils and nice purple calyxes! Auto Gelatos are still in vegetative stage (hoping they will show sex as soon as possible) and one of them is now giant with huge leaves!!! One of them is still very young tough and I guess she will not live so much :( Anyway I am super satisfied with Linfa Weezy, now starting to SCROG! Stay tuned!

Mr_ROCKET One more week has passed. Plants are still super healthy and nicely growing. Purplematic CBD is now in full flowering and it smell nice! Female Seeds Auto Gelato are still in vegetative stage, which makes me think there is something strange about them, given that it is now four weeks they have been sprouted. Let’s see whats gonna happen next week... Stay tuned!

Mr_ROCKET 6th week for Purplematic CBD and 5th week for Auto Gelato have passed. Purplematic CBD is doing fine with its purple buds growing in size. Auto Gelato are still in vegetative stage and I am afraid they will stay like that unless a 12/12 switch. Being nutes set for flowering, Gelatos are showing some sort of nutes deficiencies and I really don’t know if they will survive... I definitely don’t recommend Female Seeds (At least their autos!) Keep updated!

Mr_ROCKET Week #7 is over. Purplematic CBD is definitely ripening! Her smell is strong now with berries notes :D (I have installed active carbon filter provided with Linfa Weezy). She may be ready next week! (Auto) Gelato are now fully mature and have shown sex, wanting to flower so bad! I will switch them to 12/12 as soon as Purplematic is ready! Up to now, Linfa Weezy has proven to be awesome: besides leaving me to SCROG, she takes care of everything else!!

Mr_ROCKET This strain is awesome! She took exactly 8 weeks for harvest! She grew with no problema at all! Super recommended! I am going to taste as soon as it dries and cures :D

Mr_ROCKET After harvesting Purplematic CBD, I switched light cycle to 12/12 in order to let (Auto) Gelatos flower. After 1 week, they are well transitioning and stretching a lot (the biggest one has quite reached the lamp! Let’s see what happens!

Mr_ROCKET All Gelatos are great and right into flowering now. I can even see some resin on the most mature one. Not much more to say but that Linfa is so great! Stay updated!

Mr_ROCKET Another week has passed and plants are still safe. Unfortunately, besides the biggest one, plants are not growing very big buds (probably because LINFA was started again with vegetative settings hence high N low PK). Let's see what happens next week!

Mr_ROCKET Harvest week is coming soon! Plants are still suffering from yellowing (older and lower leaves) but it looks like buds are growing and maturing without any problems. Let’s see what happens in the next weeks!

Mr_ROCKET Another flowering week has passed. Oldest two (Auto) Gelatos are starting to darken some of their pistils, whereas other two are still growing their buds. Unfortunately, they are also yellowing older leaves and I really don’t know if it’s a nutrient deficiency or just a normal ripening sign. Let’s see what happens next week!

Mr_ROCKET Here we are... Except for the youngest one, plants pistils are getting orange :D I guess at least two of them will be ready next week. Looking at trichomes, most of them are cloudy now (I'd say 80%). I had to remove a lot of yellow leaves this week :( but it looks like plants are recovering now. Stay updated!

Mr_ROCKET Finally plants are ready to be harvested! I harvested 3 out of 4 (Auto) Gelatos while I will keep the 4th one to ripen a little more. I will then update Final (Harvest) week after drying and curing processes. See you in a month!

Mr_ROCKET Linfa Weezy was awesome. Unfortunately the strain was much worse than expected. After 6 weeks of drying and curing, the taste is not that great (given the famous name “Gelato”) with just some sweeter than citrus aroma. At least it is strong as declared.
