With a 3 gallon pot, climate, and setup like yours you should be watering about 2.5-3 liter every 2-3 days at this point of plant growth! As the plant matures and grows into flowering the watering should be as frequent as every day or two - Mature flowering plants require more moisture to keep healthy growth. Hope this helps!
