If you're asking if half dosage is enough for your plants then the answer is most certainly yes!
You always want to start with 1/4-1/2 of the recommended fertilizer dosage and slowly work your way up to full dosage.
Once you start fertilizing with diluted dosage look closely for any deficiency signs then if you spot something like that you adjust fertilizing accordingly! Also while growing in hydroponics the plant reacts much faster to the nutrients you supply so deficiencies/toxicities will appear faster as well (plant recovery will be faster too).
Deficiencies are usually easier on your plant and are easier to identify if not too severe so you're better off under-feeding rather than overfeeding.
