Sugarbuds gave 2 weeks for germination time pH 5.8 EC 1.4

Sugarbuds End of week 2 pH 5.8 EC 1.4 1 plant hasn't come up. I'm now trying to replace the one lost plant by stretching the one with the most stretch (LST see picture) as wide as possible to take its place later. Otherwise, the ladies look healthy.
