first i placed the seeds in a glass of water to soak for abt 18 hr, then i put moist paper towel in a closed ziplock snack bag in a closet, this method worked well for my first time, all 4 seeds popped but one of the nl had the leafs stuck in their seed shell might be a problem later on
i feel like the growth is going really slowly, it may be from the shit soil i was using, just the budget stuff from the local bunnings warehouse that has chunks of bark, mixed with daltons compost and scoria, i have found both of the lemon plants have weak stems specifically with lemon #2 the stem is unable to support the weight of the plant and it falls over, for this reason i buried the plant with soil up to the first set of cotelydon leaves, a temporary fix, i don't know why the stem is so weak, if anyone can help please comment below.
other notes:
i relocated the plants to a sunnier spot outside my house which gets about 6-8 hrs of direct sunlight and rest of the daytime it is covered in shade
past few days have been cloudy
no nutes
also I'm going to move it out to the spot soon

Geef kleinere beetjes water per keer, zeker omdat het een buitenkweek is.
Je plantje heeft graag de hele tijd een beetje water, maar niet teveel ineens.
Als hij dan in volle zon staat en hij zo klein is, kan dat fataal zijn.
Maak ook inderdaad gaatjes onderaan de beker.
Ik lees in je dagboek dat de stengeltjes zwak waren, misschien is citroentje omgewaaid in combinatie met teveel water.
Het heeft niet veel nodig.
Citroentje zal het waarschijnlijk niet redden, maar hopelijk doen de anderen het goed🙂
Dit zijn autoflowers dus wacht niet te lang met ze te verpotten naar hun uiteindelijke pot.
Ze houden echt niet van stress.

I'm now left with 1 northern lights.the two lemons died and I suspect it may be due to me overwatering it during seedling stage plus the extreme sun i live in and transplanting it further stressed it out and finally ko, when i transplanted the seedlings outdoor i noticed the northern light was almost rootbound, with the lemon however, i couldn't see any roots at all. i checked the lemon that died last week and the root was like no different that a 3 day seedling so yeah probably overwatering
