Seedlings grow best in early stages with some type of humidity dome. With auto flowers timing is everything! Some compost and earthworm castings as top feed can go along way. Best of luck 🤞
@Gem28, They are 8 weeks old already, 4,5cm high and showing signs of starting to flower. I was told that the nutrients that I used was to synthetic for my organic soil mix. They recommended I should switch to an organic nutrient, but at this late stage I don't even know if it is worth it.
@Pinkscissors19, They really don’t look bad just small. Less is more at the beginning stages especially. With all that good stuff in the medium there shouldn’t be any nitrogen deficiency. New growth starts off lighter color and gets darker over time. I feed mine just ph’d water for the first 4 weeks and they grew approx 10 inches with my light at 60% 30 inches away. Get some new seeds going! I believe in ya!
@Gem28, I had them covered the first two weeks and they did pretty well. After that everything has not gone so well. I think my soil mixture is a good one. It has compost, worm castings, vermiculite, perlite, bone meal, coco peat and coconut coir in. I have a nitrogen deficiency and the minute I stop giving them calcium nitrate, to go back to giving them nutrients, they go back to a yellow colour and now they have gotten brown spots as well. They are 8 weeks old on Monday. I don't know if they are savable.
I'm sorry that your auto got stunted - can happen super easily. Being week 5, they'll probably be starting flowering soon. Will you continue the experiment and let them finish? Would be interesting to see how it stretches. All the best :)
@Epokwan,Thanks for your message and support. Found out it was a Nitrogen deficiency. Started giving them Calcium Nitrate to treat the problem. They are looking a lot better. I'll continue the experiment and see hoe it goes. The only wat you can truly learn is through trail and error.
