Scarecrow This one is another mid size seedling in the bunch. Its not much taller than FBT2102 but it has more side shoots at this point. This lady has a bit of the claw early on so she must be a lighter feeder than the rest as they're all in the same mix. Not worried like I am about FBT2105 as I can adjust the next top dress to suit her needs. We shall see... Scarecrow Number 7 here reminds me of the pheno from my organic Blueberry grow. It was like a little 'toy' plant as I liked to call it that I FIMmed in a 2 gal pot. That plant took off outta nowhere and got close to 100g dry yield. So while she isn't huge or impressive now as long as she doesn't run into any pH or nute problems other than the slight claw that I'll account for while I feed next week she can end up the most impressive of the bunch in the end. Scarecrow Fed all the FBT ladies this week and started LST on the main stems. Got rid if some herm issues on 2101 but don't think the others are compromised. A little disappointed in the early onset of flower in these strains. Literally all 7 in less than 20 days. FastBuds, emphasis on FAST lol. Went out of town for the holiday weekend so I'm missing a couple of pics but you can see that the LST is slow to take. I wanna see how these super early flowering strains stretch this week. Scarecrow As with all of the indica dominant strains this run this lady is already into flower but not really stretching at all. So basically I'm just praying for a miracle to get these ladies to expand and bulk bc if this is the biggest they can get I'm wasting my time and need to get back to the proven genetics that I love FastBuds for. I just like monster plants. These buds are guaranteed to be fire, I just need more of them if I'm gonna give three months or more of care. Just a simple cost-benefit analysis and nothing against the breeders. And in any case its no guarantee that they won't do better in a summer grow and I'm just wasting my breath right now complaining lol. As always we shall see... Scarecrow And here we have our third Cake strain of the 7 FBTs for 2021. This here is Kosher Cake. I get using the WCC as a parent as it has an excellent potential for yield, flavor, and trichome/THC production. However this one stayed very small and had no stretch in preflower. Also her leaves always look Nitrogen poisoned but I've adjusted her feedings with no result. Maybe my lights and nutez are too strong and I need to run this again. We shall see... Fed this week with a 50/50 mix 2 tbsp per gallon so 8 tbsp each plus worm castings to fill in any nutrient gaps. I toned it down to 7 tbsp and half the castings for this strain.
