This week was good seeing more trichomes. I was wondering what would be the signs that it is ready for harvest, I do not have a magnifying glass.

Well since you can't have a magnifying to look at the trichomes, you can also judge by the pistils, when she's ready you'll notice that all pistils have turned orange and are beginning to go back into the bud.
