Day 1. Start Germination on Jiffy Peat Pallet with Spring Water PPM 8.0
Day 6. She pop out from the peat pallet, them I put it in the plastic cup with substrate.
Day 8. She opened her first pair of leaves, I am considering the end of the germination period.
From the pallet she goes to a plastic cup with a mixture of Shpagnum Peat Moss, Pearlite and Vermiculite, sprinkling with 8.0 PPM Spring Water.
DAY 01. She opened a couple of leaves so I consider the first Vegetation day.
DAY 05. I made the first nutrient mix with 3ml/L Alquifish, who is a liquid organic compound fertilizer from marine fish, seaweed and shellfish, plus 0.5ml/L of General Hydroponics Rapid Start, finished with 156PPM and 5.97PH.
I am watering every two days with a spray bottle, depending on the need.
DAY 07. She looks very beautiful and symmetric, Its a hot day and the temperature it's varying from 18 to 29 Celsius, humidity 50 to 60%.
This week has heated up, the grow humidity has increased to 60 to 70 percent, I'm still without an exhaust fan, so I am keeping the grow open whenever possible.
Day 8. I noticed some leaves with yellow spots (unfortunately I didn't take pictures), so I started using 2.0ml of Fat Crystal Vega Microbes, which is a mix of rhizobacteria, nitrogen fixers.
Day 10. Today I transplanted it to a 7.0 liter pot, I am using a substrate composed of shpagnum peat, pearlite, vermiculite, and a littlest of Fat Crystal Supersoil Mix, well below the recommendation, and as organic matter, I use my own substrate from Jaboticaba tree, which I use in my garden.
Day 13. Everything was going well, apparently the yellow signs did not increase, their ramifications seem to be developing quite close to each other, I think the problem is lack of light so for the next week I will decrease the height of the LEDs.
Day 18. My plants are full of caterpillars. I believe they came from a pot with compost soil that I took from my garden. I cleaned them and applied Neem oil to both sides of the leaves, removed the pot with compost soil from inside the grow and clean it up.
Day 19. She looks beautiful, no signs of catterpillars anymore.
Day 20. Today I started LST and applied lollipopping on the lower branches, so that the upper branches develop better and the LST develops more organized. In the afternoon I gave her a few hours of sun light, when I clean the grow and at night her top was already pointed upwards.
.
Day 22. She looks good, I keep thighten LST and lollippoping lower branches. First watering of the week, I applied GHE Trio at half the recommended dosage, for the rest of the week I will keep the organic feeding.
Day 24. I still find some caterpillars but much less and bigger, I applied neem oil spray for the last time.
Day 27. Today we had a storm and my house was without light for a day, they ended up receiving 12 more hours of darkness, the new leaves turn yellow.
Day 28. She looks beautyfull and are growing fast. New branches are stretching up and still very yellow.
