Are you sure those numbers are rights or maybe you entered the information into the wrong columns?
Looking at your one plant (wet) it appears to be 3-5 ounces on the plant ...which using typical 4:1 ratio of wet to dry (or 5:1 if you like most of the growers on this site) ; you would get maybe just over an ounce of dry bud.
1:3 ratios you get from much more mature plants.
