Germination

This will be a 2x2x4 grow! Germination method will be by soaking the seed in a cup of water in a dark place at room temp for 24h. After that I put the seed between 2 paper towels in a plastic bag wrapped in clothing to prevent light and left in on top of my heater overnight. Next day seedling cracked and I waited for the taproot to reach 1 inch before transplanting to the coco pot!

To start never premix nutrients. Add floramicro first, maintain PH of 6.0. Coco has been soaked for 24 hours in their fabric pots before planting seedlings. I also will be giving a plain watering every other time so it is not all nutrients to avoid nute burn. By watering I always let it 10-20% run off and then always remove it. If ever in doubt I PH run off to make sure everything is going smoothly

In the beginning I had the fan blowing on the seedling 24/7 when it was too strong of a breeze. This ended up in some light windburn but nothing severe or unfixable! To remedy this I purchased an oscillating fan that would give the seedling a break every once in a while during rotations! ^-^ Other than this PH'd water to 6.0 and nutrients are all it needs so far!

Noticed some drooping at some point during the very start of week 3. This was due to the plant having outgrown its first pot which called for transplanting. The plant was then transplanted to a 3 gal fabric pot as to avoid overwatering. After the transplant I noticed some slight lean to the side so I used some dollarstore gardening wire and a pencil to straighten it out! Noticed slight nutrient burn but nothing to be concerned with so far!

Hey, I've been gone and haven't updated! So far this week marks when I first cut my plant with the mainline method. I found the plant aesthetically pleasing as well as growing very vigorously. However I did not keep track of the days this week so sorry about that!

So far so good however I finally caught on that I have been dealing with a nitrogen toxicity and will be working on fixing it this week. Other than that I've been very happy with how strong and well shes (hopefully) doing! Looking forward to updating you guys next week!

LOOK AT THOSE KNUCKLES :D! This week I corrected what I believed to be a nitrogen toxicity and made my plant a lot less shiner! After lots of mainlining and defoliating I'd say I'm exactly where I want to be with the shape of the plant

This week has been mainly focused on recovery and growth! I'm looking for 12" of height before I flip to flower as 2 feet of final height at least is required when doing mainlining to be most effective! also those knuckles keep on getting bigger !! haha

After flushing the nitrogen toxicity I went a little too light on the nutrients so I saw some zinc deficiency on some new leaves. Other than that everything has been going pretty good and I'm hoping to flip soon!

So far I'm very happy with the flowering stage and I sure hope it keeps going as smooth as it has this week! somewhat worried about RH as it is 66% at night, though I have really good airflow so I'm not sure how much of a problem it is...

Early blooming phase is finally over and we're going to be moving onto the next mix of nutrients for the upcoming week! Can't wait to see these fatten up and show some colors. Also excited to find out how much its going to smell during the longer flowering period :) Fingers crossed for some artificial cherry smell hah!

Hoping everything keeps going as smooth as it has been so far. I am very happy with the progress that this week has made which makes me that much more excited for the next. Hopefully they pack on some serious weight!

So far I'm loving how much they've packed! Somewhat worried about the humidity but to remedy that I have a larger 4x2 tent on the way! Other than that next week I'll be switching the nutes so we can get that fade going!

So far so good I held off on the fade as I realized I would have been doing it too soon. I'll be getting a microscope to better tell when I should be decreasing the nutrients and start the fade! I also found that I didn't need to upgrade my tent as she was taking the 80% at 6 inches away pretty good. However I will add that it has helped the lower bud sites get more light and air flow! Don't regret it that's for sure :)

Got a microscope so now I can just track and stay on top of the trich development so I can harvest when the time is right! Aiming for milky with 25% amber to 30% before I harvest!

Really impressed with the trich development compared to last week! I thought last weeks were kind of milky but this really showed me what milky means! So far I've learned a lot and am planning on flushing for a few days and then harvesting in say 3 or so days as it is pretty much where I want the trich development to be!

This has been my first grow so it is hard to compare to anything else strain wise but I was amazed at the stress it was put through due to my noobie mistakes and still made it through without hermie or low yield! I am also assuming a 75% conversion rate to about 5 oz dry. Ill be coming back and updating one last time once they're cured with an updated dry amount!
